It has a banquet capacity of 1,250 people, and City Hall also confirmed to The Post on June 24 that a permit application was filed with the city’s Street Activity Permit Office for July 2 to July 4.
The permit, filed by Winick Productions in June, requested street closures around MSG and a public tent to be erected outside the venue, which can accommodate 500 to 999 attendees.
On Monday, June 29, trucks and equipment filed into the stadium, guided by many workers. The loading dock appeared to be filled with crews working to ready the place for a major event.
