Zendaya swaps Tom Holland engagement ring for gold band and new hairstyle for latest appearance in LA — exclusive

With a new appearance in Beverly Hills on February 18, though, Zendaya is sparking speculation that she and Tom, also 29, may have already tied the knot.

The Euphoria star was spotted with film producer Josh Lieberman in Los Angeles, going for off-duty style in a white shacket over a plain top and loose black trousers, debuting both a shorter new hairstyle and what looks to be a gold band. 

Zendaya swapped out her diamond engagement ring from Tom for a plain gold ring, similar to a wedding band. HELLO! has reached out to Zendaya’s representatives for comment.

She also opted for a much shorter hairstyle, with face framing layers and her locks falling just to her neck instead. It’s a slightly shorter style from the bob she debuted over Christmas with Tom’s family.

Back in July, Zendaya’s close friend and longtime stylist and creative collaborator Law Roach shared some insight into the big day, not only highlighting its secretive nature, but also that it was facing some delays due to the couple’s busy schedules.

“Zendaya is working on so many movies,” he told E! News. “She’s now filming the next iteration of Dune, so she’s away doing that. It’s so many movies, so we have time. We have a lot of time,” adding that “the process hasn’t even started yet.”

While he did share that Zendaya “will be a secret bride,” he couldn’t help but gush about her relationship with her Spider-Man co-star and love interest. “I’m really excited because I know that they really love each other and they have for a really long time. The fact that the world has been able to share in that love story, I think it’s really beautiful.”

Tom’s father Dominic Holland later shared some details of the beautiful proposal on his Patreon, although he didn’t reveal specifics of when and where (based on their family plans at the time, it was likely when Tom was visiting with Zendaya’s family in the US).

“Tom, as you know by now, was very incredibly well prepared,” Dominic’s post read. “He had purchased a ring. He had spoken with her father and gained permission to propose to his daughter.”

“Tom had everything planned out… When, where, how, what to say, what to wear. I on the other hand was woefully ill-prepared, almost as though I wasn’t taking it seriously.”
