Leighton Meester is going to make those good girls go bad again.
The Gossip Girl actress recently reacted to her music—which includes her 2014 album Heartstrings—going viral over 10 years after its release, gushing to E! News’ Will Marfuggi in an exclusive interview, “It’s so great.”
And given fans’ clear appetite for her songs, Leighton also addressed whether she’d consider picking up a microphone again.
“It’s definitely something that I want to continue to do and I really enjoy doing,” Leighton added, “but I’ve been focusing a lot more on acting and my family and everything for the last handful of years.” (For more from Leighton and her Good Cop/Bad Cop costar Luke Cook, tune into E! Indeed, Leighton has been busy. On top of pursuing over 10 acting projects since releasing her last album, the EXmas star began dating now-husband Adam Brody in 2013, before tying the knot a year later. The couple has also gone on to expand their family, welcoming daughter Arlo in 2015 and a son, whose name has not been publicly shared, in 2020.
