Lady Gaga and her fiancé Michael Polansky are officially parents!
Page Six revealed Friday that the original “Mother Monster,” 40, and Polansky, 42, have privately welcomed their first child.
The couple — who began dating in 2019 — was spotted stepping out for a walk with their baby in Northern California, in photos exclusively obtained by Page Six.
Amid the news, here’s everything to know about the new father and his life with the “Bad Romance” hitmaker.
He’s an entrepreneur
Polansky is an entrepreneur who co-founded Outer Biosciences, a skin health company, in 2022 with Gaga.
He’s also behind investment and venture firms including Avos Capital Management and Hawktail.
Polansky serves as a board member for Gaga’s cosmetics brand, Haus Labs.
Polansky is a philanthropist
Polansky was behind the creation of the Parker Foundation — along with Facebook and Napster co-founder Sean Parker.
Polansky has served as executive director in the philanthropic organization — which promotes growth and change in life sciences, public health, and civic engagement — since its inception in 2025.
He’s also a board member of Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy.
Polansky and Gaga — who supports mental health through her Born This Way Foundation — are said have bonded over their passion for a good cause, and the couple once worked together on Gaga’s “One World: Together at Home” concert in 2020.
The “A Star is Born” actress and her fiancé are “hard-working and love working together on charity projects,” a source told People in 2021.
“They have not been sitting around during the lockdown and instead focused on where they can do good,” they added, referencing the Covid-19 pandemic. “They want to help out where they can.”
He’s Harvard-educated
Polansky attended Harvard University from 2002 to 2006.
He graduated with a degree in applied mathematics and computer science.
Polansky was born in Minnesota
Polansky was born and raised in Minnesota and now resides in San Francisco.
In 2024, Gaga appeared on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” and spoke about Polansky taking her on a trip to his hometown.
“He took me to a house party, and everybody was hanging out and we ordered pizza and it was just really cool,” she said, adding that no one at the party was impressed by her appearance.
“They know me as like, Michael’s fiancée,” she said.
He inspired a song by Rebecca Black
“Friday” singer Rebecca Black revealed last month that her song “Michael” was inspired by Gaga’s longtime love — although the lyrics aren’t specifically based on him.
“I am, unfortunately, very chronically online. I love pop culture, and I love pop music,” she recalled, per Entertainment Weekly, “I’m born out of the eras of all of our favorite pop stars.”
She added, “I don’t know why, but we got on this tangent of talking about Lady Gaga’s fiancé, Michael Polansky.”
While discussing “the lore about this person and how he’s become a part of [Gaga’s] world and everything,” someone suggested,”What if we just wrote about this guy?”
She subsequently wrote a song about a generic “Michael,” featured on her album “Age of the Exhibitionist,” which dropped earlier this month.
He wanted marriage and a family
The Grammy-winning songstress and new mom once revealed that Polansky told her he wanted marriage and a family when they began dating.
“We’d been talking for, like, three weeks on the phone every single day, just getting to know each other, and Michael flew to Vegas when I was doing my show to take me on our first date,” she told “Good Morning America” in March 2025.
“Before we even sat down, I said, ‘Do you want marriage and kids?’ And he goes, ‘Yeah, I do.’ And I said, ‘OK, great. Do you want some Champagne?’ And he goes, ‘Sure,’” she said at the time.
Gaga’s mom met him first
In a 2024 interview with Vogue, Gaga revealed her mom, Cynthia Germanotta, met Polansky before she did through philanthropic work.
“My mom met him and she said to me, ‘I think I just met your husband,’ and I said, ‘I’m not ready to meet my husband!’ I could never have imagined that my mom … found the most perfect person for me.”
The couple at Sean Parker’s September 2019 birthday party and she “kept asking” about Polansky until they were finally introduced — and “talked for three hours.”
Polansky added, “I didn’t know much about her and honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. I was struck immediately by her warmth and openness. She was so genuinely curious about what my life was like growing up in Minnesota.”
