Bobby Flay is dating fellow chef Brooke Williamson.

In March 2025, a source confirmed that the “Iron Chef America” star and Williamson’s friendship grew into a romantic relationship.

“They have been friends for a while and recently decided to jump in,” the insider told People at the time, adding, “Over the last few weeks, love bloomed.”

Here’s everything to know about the Food Network star’s new girlfriend.

Foodie Forever

Williamson has had a passion for the culinary arts from a young age.

The California native worked as a teacher’s assistant at the Epicurean Institute of Los Angeles when she was just 15.

She also attended the Culinary Institute of America and became a sous chef at the Santa Monica-based restaurant, Michael’s, when she was 19.

She was married

Williamson was married to fellow chef Nick Roberts from 2007 to 2024.

The former couple met when Williamson was an executive chef of Zax in Brentwood, Calif., and Roberts was her sous chef.

She and Roberts, who share a son, reportedly separated in 2022 and finalized their divorce two years later.

An insider told People that Williamson and Flay bonded over being divorced because it “gave them some additional shared experiences.”

She is a Restaurateur

Williamson has opened several restaurants over the span of her decades-long career in the F&B industry.

She and her ex-husband opened Amuse Café in 2003. Seven years later, they debuted their Hudson House eatery in Redondo Beach (which has since been rebranded as Huddy’s) but stepped down as owners during the COVID-19 crisis.

They also launched The Tripel in Playa del Rey (which shuttered due to the pandemic in 2020), Playa Provisions and Da Kikokiko, as well as the kitchen supplies shop Tripli-Kit.

All of the restaurants were under the umbrella of their co-owned hospitality group, Company for Dinner.

Top Chef Champion

The expert cook competed on Season 14 of “Top Chef,” where she came in first place.

Williamson was initially eliminated and returned from Last Chance Kitchen to go head-to-head against Shirley Chung in the finale.

She previously came in second place against Kristen Kish during Season 10 of the Bravo show.

Small Screen Chef

Williamson has made a name for herself by appearing in several other cooking shows.

Some shows she has starred in include “Top Chef Duels,” “Knife Fight,” “Top Chef Jr.,” and “Guy’s Grocery Games.” She was also a judge on “BBQ Brawl” as well as a host on MTV’s “House of Food.”

Williamson starred in Flay’s “Bobby’s Triple Threat” series alongside Michael Voltaggio and Tiffany Derry. The Food Network show premiered in 2022.

Flay and Williamson reportedly became friends while working on set together and started dating when they both became single.

Feeding the Needy

Williamson is very involved in food-focused philanthropy.

She has participated in several projects with organizations like the No Kid Hungry non-profit, which aims to solve problems of hunger and poverty for children in the United States and around the world.

She has also volunteered for chef José Andrés’ World Central Kitchen charity, which provides meals to the frontlines during humanitarian and climate crises.
