Vogue Williams has jetted off for some Easter sun with her husband Spencer Matthews and their three children, Theodore, Gigi and Otto – and her beach wardrobe is making us green with envy.
The My Therapist Ghosted Me podcast host took to her Instagram account to share a slew of updates from their trip to “paradise”, and one beachwear look in particular caught our eye.
Vogue, 40, rocked a gorgeous leopard print two-piece, which she declared was from one of her favourite swimwear brands, looking chic in the strapless style and matching sarong.
The bikini in question actually hails from the star’s time in the I’m a Celebrity jungle, as Vogue told her followers: “I have a black one as well that I wore in the jungle”.
Styling her swimwear like a pro, Vogue accessorised with gold necklaces, chic sunglasses, and wore her honey blonde hair pulled back into a slick bun.
The Irish presenter also shared several sweet photographs of herself sunning it up with former Made in Chelsea star Spencer on their family break.
Vogue’s fitness regime
Vogue has been our fitness crush ever since she burst onto the showbiz scene, but she works hard to stay in great shape.
Her incredible figure that viewers witnessed on I’m a Celebrity is hard-earned thanks to a strict training programme that keeps her in impeccable shape.
Personal trainer Dalton Wong, who has worked closely with Vogue, previously told HELLO! that the Heart Radio presenter’s morning rituals allow her to flourish.
“Vogue’s exercise program is all about balance and sustainability. Our sessions are focused on strength training, cardio and posture as these will help her with her conditioning as well as it allows her to be the best version of herself as a mom, presenter and business entrepreneur,” he said.
Vogue does a structured workout five days per week, but never trains longer than 30 minutes, according to Women’s Health. One rest day per week, plus one active recovery day, is also important to allow her to progress and stay consistent.
Her go-to sessions include bodyweight movements, plus loads of squats to fire up her glutes. She regularly does planks, shoulder taps and hanging holds to create sculpted shoulders and arms.
Dalton previously told us: “I plan each of sessions accordingly, when she is less busy we can push our training sessions but when she is busy or stressed we dial back the session. It’s a marathon and not a race.”
As for her daily diet, the mother-of-three never works out on an empty stomach, kicking off her day with porridge and “two or three” cups of tea.
