Vera Wang, 75, and Her Daughters Look Glam in Festive Purple Dresses for Age-Defying Family Christmas Photo

Vera Wang continued a chic tradition with her two daughters this Christmas. 

On Dec. 25, the bridalwear designer, 75, shared new family photos of herself and her adopted kids Cecilia Becker, 34, and Josephine Becker, 31, wearing sophisticated violet dresses for their holiday party in Miami, where they’ve celebrated the occasion for the past decade. 

In the series of pictures shared to Instagram, the three stylish women look glam in royal purple ensembles fit for their personal styles. 

Wang wowed in a self-designed haute couture strapless minidress complete with a dramatic train attached to a ruffled skirt. She accessorized the look with a feathery headpiece by Eric Charles-Donatien and black platform heels. 

Cecilia (left) and Josephine (right), both of whom Wang shares with ex-husband Arthur Becker, went for curve-hugging dresses that had the same shimmery quality to them, but featured different necklines. 

Their ensembles were set against an eye-popping arrangement of twinkling purple Christmas trees that surrounded a candlelit tablescape complete with glass and dishware from her collection with Wedgwood. Also featured in the photos was a chocolate cake decorated with purple-colored buttercream. 

“Wishing EVERYONE a HEAVENLY purple X-MAS from my family to yours … “ Wang captioned the post. 

She captioned another image, a solo shot of her posing on a spiral staircase with, “FEELING MAJESTIC! Romance is in the air!”

Last holiday, the mother-daughter trio looked like triplets in coordinating metallic teal gowns.

The Becker sisters have stayed out of the limelight for most of their upbringing, however, in their older years, they’ve attended red carpet events with their mom. 

In November 2023, they dressed up in sophisticated black dresses for their date night at the CFDA Awards. More recently, the three stepped out for the DKMS Gala on Oct. 17 and, earlier in the year, the Breast Cancer Research Foundation Hot Pink Party on May 14.

Speaking with PEOPLE exclusively at the 2024 Fashion Scholarship Fund Gala in April, Wang said that her children enjoy glamming up for outings with their mom. “We don’t do it often, but when we do do it, we have a lot of fun doing it,” she shared. 

Wang’s Christmas celebration comes on the heels of her latest business move. A week before the holiday, her eponymous label was sold to management group WHP Global. As reported by Vogue Business, Wang will still helm her brand as the founder and chief creative officer while joining the private equity-backed firm as a shareholder.
