Venus Williams and Andrea Preti stepped out for a rare public date night after sparking engagement rumors earlier this month.
On Tuesday, Feb. 25, the pair attended the Dsquared2 Fall/Winter 2025 fashion show during Milan Fashion Week, where they looked loved-up and stylish for the event.
In a video posted by WWD, the rumored fiancés can be seen posing for photos at the step-and-repeat with Preti’s arm wrapped around Williams’ waist. The couple then shared a kiss before walking away hand-in-hand.
The tennis star, 44, wore a pink suit comprised of a low-cut blazer that revealed a bit of cleavage, as well as a simple band on her left ring finger. Preti, a 36-year-old actor and producer, wore a monochromatic black look featuring a suit, a sheer shirt with sparkly embellishments and a tie.

Williams and Preti sparked engagement rumors in early February after they were spotted getting cozy outside of a tennis training session in Rome. Williams was photographed rocking what appeared to be a square-cut diamond in the middle of a pavé-set on her left hand. However, this sparkler looked to be different than the one she was wearing in Milan.
On Jan. 27, Williams attended Dior’s Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2025 show in Paris, where she was seen wearing a chic look and a gold band on her left ring finger (although it’s not confirmed whether that was given by Preti).
It’s unclear how long the pair have been dating, but they were photographed together on vacation as early as July 2024. In photos obtained by PEOPLE, the two were seen boating together in Nerano, Italy, along the Amalfi Coast.
Williams previously dated model Elio Pis in 2012 and Nicholas Hammond in 2017, though she and Hammond split in 2019. In 2022, she spoke to Glamour UK about navigating the dating scene.
“I think it’s really easy to get stuck in a single life and sometimes – at least for me – harder to get out of a single life,” she said, explaining that she’s been single “for a long time.”

She added that it was something she was actively “working on,” noting that she’s never been one to rush into a romantic partnership.
“This is how I work and function, and I’m okay with it,” Williams said. “When life changes, you’ve got to know when to change. You can’t hold on to either a relationship or the singleness. You have to be able to move at the time – and even if you don’t want to or aren’t ready, you’ve just got to go with it.”
