Trevor Lawrence and Wife Marissa Welcome 10-Pound Baby Girl: ‘Mommy and Daddy Love You So Much!!!’

Trevor Lawrence is a dad!

The Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback, 25, revealed in an Instagram post on Monday that his wife Marissa Lawrence had given birth to their first child.

“Shae Lynn Lawrence. Born 1/4/25 at 4:01 am. 10 pounds 2 oz 🎀🩷. Mommy and daddy love you so much!!! Thank you Jesus for our girl!!” he captioned the post, which Melissa also shared on Instagram.

Lawrence could be seen wearing a sling in the new photos. His 2024 NFL season ended in early December when he suffered a concussion and was placed on the Injured Reserve list. He also underwent surgery to repair an AC joint injury in his left shoulder, per NFL.com.

The couple first met in 2016 while attending high school in Georgia. They got engaged in 2020, then tied the knot a year later on April 10, 2021.

On June 27, 2024, the pair announced that they were expecting their first child.

“A little Lawrence on the way 🤍,” they captioned the Instagram carousel. The first photo features Trevor barefoot, dressed in a white tee and black pants while cradling Marissa’s bare baby bump. Marissa wore a cropped tank top and jeans, and held up their sonogram photos. Their two pups, Mr. Jones and Indi, also made a cute appearance.

Just a week later, the high school sweethearts shared photos from their ice cream-themed sex reveal party, revealing that they were having a girl.

“Baby girl 🩷🎀,” Marissa, 25, added in the Instagram caption. “Mom & Dad can’t wait to meet you!!”

The event planner also wrote on her Instagram Stories shared at the time that Trevor is going to “be the best girl dad.”

“We are so grateful for our family and friends,” she wrote in a separate message. “This whole weekend was so special just getting to hang out and be together. It was perfect and everything we needed!!”

According to Marissa, she and Trevor “found out about baby girl” a week before the reveal party, but added that it was “sooo fun” to surprise everyone else.

“She is going to be so spoiled,” she added.
