Travis Kelce sweetly explained how Taylor Swift motivates him to be a better football player ahead of the 2025 Super Bowl.
“I better hold up my end of the bargain, right?” he said during a press conference at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans on Monday.
“I mean, if she’s out here being the superstar she is, never taking no for an answer, and always working her tail off, I better match that energy for sure,” he shared.
The Kansas City Chiefs athlete, 35, was bombarded with questions about the “Blank Space” singer, also 35, by reporters during the presser. At one point, he was even asked if he’ll get down on one knee and propose to Swift after Super Bowl Sunday.
“Wouldn’t you like to know,” he quipped.
Meanwhile, another reporter asked Kelce about the theory that Swift has been a good luck charm to the Chiefs.
“I think we both love to manifest things,” he shared. “You can’t say it’s not real because we’re here, right?”
The tight end also confirmed that his favorite Swift album is “The Tortured Poets Department” –– which includes a few songs that are believed to be written about him.
“I might be a little biased,” he admitted to a Nickelodeon reporter Monday, while adding that his favorite songs from the album are “So High School” and “The Alchemy.”
Kelce and his teammates will face off against the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LIX on Sunday.
Page Six previously confirmed that Swift will attend the game, but it’s unclear which of her star-studded friends she’ll be bringing along to help cheer on her beau.
Last year, the Grammy winner watched the Chiefs defeat the San Francisco 49ers in a VIP Super Bowl suite with Blake Lively, Lana Del Rey, Ice Spice and Keleigh and Miles Teller.
Swift’s parents, Andrea and Scott Swift, and her brother, Austin Swift, also joined in on the fun and were seen mingling with Travis’ parents, Donna and Ed Kelce, and his brother and sister-in-law, Jason and Kylie Kelce.
Swift and Kelce began dating in the summer of 2023 and made their relationship public in September 2023.
