Tia Mowry flaunted her curvy figure in an eye-catching outfit on social media from her night out.
The actress donned a sleek leather trench coat over a transparent lingerie dress with a black lace bra and highwaisted bikini bottoms underneath.
She completed the look with black sunglasses, volumized curls, silver hoops and open-toe black heels.
In her video, she sang and strutted along to Beyonce’s “Deja Vu” and she fittingly captioned the post: “Maybe it’s déjà vu… or maybe I’ve always been this woman.”
Her fans flocked to the comments to cheer her on. One person wrote: “ALWAYS BEEN THAT GIRL.” A second fan added: “COMEEEEEE ONNNNNN TIAAAAAAAA.”
Another fan wrote: “Okkkk Ms. Mowry.”
Tia’s newfound style
Although Tia embodied confidence in her latest post, the TV star confessed that her newfound style came from a vulnerable place in her life.
She revealed to InStyle: “I used to be afraid to lean into my femininity. I never wore silk, lace, or strappy heels, like no. I’ve leaned more into that last year now that I’m single. Now, being in my feminine girl era, I’ll allow myself to be in that space. So, there was a shift for me, and I’ve been having lots of fun with it.”
Not only has her relationship status created a positive shift for the actress style-wise, but so has motherhood.
She expressed: “I feel more empowered. Before being a mother, I was definitely more of a tomboy. But becoming a mother allowed me to tap into this power of being a woman and being able to express myself. I feel like more of a lioness, if that makes sense—you know, I just feel more like a boss.”
The Sister Sister star divorced from her husband Cory Hardrict in 2022 after being married for 14 years.
They welcomed two children named Cree, 14 and Cairo, seven, into the world together.
Tia’s new era
Tia entered a new era the past few years and now she describes her style as “confident, sexy, fun.” She embraced her multifacetedness and brought it into her looks.
The entertainer shared: “I like to balance edge with femininity. I’ll put on some sweats, but then I’ll put on some sort of leotard with the sweats and then add a really nice, sexy blazer to it. So it’s just kind of mixing and matching, a little edge with a little bit of femininity and lace.”
