These new LEGO sets are Built 4 U.
Fresh on the heels of her third consecutive No. 1 album, âyou seem pretty sad for a girl so in love,â and ahead of her upcoming Unraveled Tour, Olivia Rodrigo is becoming the first musician to have multiple LEGO sets dedicated to her.
The five-set collection dropped on August 1 and is available to shop now.
Each of the new sets comes with a Rodrigo minifigure exclusive to that set, referencing some of the âdrop deadâ singerâs most iconic performances and looks.
Those arenât the only references to the popstarâs career, as the sets are full of references like her red megaphone, notebooks, nods to her Filipino heritage and more.
âIâve always loved hiding little details and meanings in my music and videos, so working with the LEGO team to bring something that fans can actually build and explore together has been so exciting,â Rodrigo said in a press release announcing the collaboration.
âThere are so many pieces of my world inside these sets â little nods to songs, memories, outfits and moments that mean a lot to me.â
Eagle-eyed fans will notice that this 1,228-piece guitar is two different shades of purple. The acoustic side, adorned with butterflies, matches the background cover of Rodrigoâs debut album âSOUR,â while the electric side is a match for âGUTS.â The electric side also opens up to reveal two minifigures, each in a different outfit with their own guitars.
If you attended the âGUTSâ Tour, this half-moon design is likely familiar to you. Used as one of the tourâs sets, the 670-piece LEGO recreation rests on a turntable and vinyl with hidden compartments and space to display polaroids, concert tickets and more.
Rodrigo is also the first person LEGO Botanicals has partnered with on a new bouquet. The 400-piece set has 11 stems, including a flower made of guitar-shaped petals, an African daisy, a hellebore and verbena. Youâll also notice red cherries, yellow stars, butterflies and black hearts.
Another nod to the âGUTSâ Tour is the red megaphone in this set, which Rodrigo brought on stage every night during the tour. The 1,085-piece set also includes a case that opens up to reveal three inner compartments, a songwriting notebook, a CD, a microphone and guitar. The TV perched on top of the case is a Rodrigo minifigure rocking her iconic cheerleader outfit, surrounded by the fire and floods from the âGood 4 Uâ music video.
The 360-piece vinyl set is full of the âstupid songâ singerâs signature symbols, including the iconic red megaphone, red lips (referencing the âSOURâ album) and a butterfly, plus an autograph plaque and brand new star elements. It features another nod to âSOURâ in the minifigure, which is dressed in one of Rodrigoâs outfits from that tour.
