Her workout routine

Caroline has a consistent workout schedule that she sticks to that helps her get to her fitness goals.

The tennis star revealed to ESPN: “I do a lot of beach workouts. I used to do a lot of running, but now I need to take care of my knees, so I go on a bike, then I run on the beach and do sprints. I do paddle-boarding for the balance and to be outside in nature – it’s fun.”

She also challenges herself to experience different forms of exercises.

Caroline expressed: “I absolutely love boxing training. I’ll do a lot of it in the offseason when I go back to Denmark because I have a coach there. I’m very specific who I go to because when I hit, I want to make sure I take care of my wrists. Boxing training gets really physical. I like to get pushed to the limit to test how far I can go. I’ve done it for years; it’s great exercise.”

The tennis player believes that her discipline when it comes to her health, has helped her tremendously during tournaments.

She revealed: “I really love how strong I am, and my core is one of the things I am really proud of. My fitness is something I pride myself on. I don’t have as much power in my ground stroke as some of the other girls, but I know that I can last for a long time out [on the court].”
