Teddi Mellencamp is heading home after brain surgery.
On Tuesday, March 3, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum — who recently underwent surgery to remove multiple brain tumors — posted a video on her Instagram Stories while riding in the car and singing along to Skylar Grey’s song “I’m Coming Home.”
“16 days and I get to go home!!!” she captioned the video. “Thank you to all my loves and life savers for getting me to this day!”
Once back, the 43-year-old posted another video of her walking on a treadmill, telling her followers she is “starting back slow.”
“Obviously very emotional watching your body change with so much medication from the brain tumors. But just trying to remember how grateful I am that I can move my body again,” she says, tearing up. “One day at a time and I’ll get back to where I wanna be, feeling my best.”

Mellecamp also shared a clip revealing the bruises up and down her arms following surgery.
“Bruising and swelling but I know I can do this,” she wrote. “F— off tears. I can do hard things.”
Last week, Mellencamp shared a selfie on Instagram after getting her surgical staples removed from the back of her head. She smiled at the camera while lying down, showing off her shaved-down haircut from surgery.
“Staples out and ready for radiation,” she captioned the photo, posted on Feb. 28. At the time, she shared a tearful video of herself getting the final staple removed while surrounded by her loved ones.

Mellencamp first revealed that she was hospitalized on Feb. 12 while preparing to undergo brain surgery.
“For the last several weeks I’ve been dealing with severe and debilitating headaches,” she explained at the time. “Yesterday the pain was unbearable and required hospitalization. After a CT scan and MRI, doctors found multiple tumors on my brain, which they believe have been growing for at least 6 months.”
“Two of the tumors will be surgically removed today. The remaining smaller tumors will be dealt with via radiation at a later date,” she continued. “I am blessed to be surrounded by my children, family, friends, doctors, nurses and surgeons who are doing everything possible to get me back into better health.”
Doctors ended up removing twice as many tumors, and the remaining will be treated with radiation moving forward.
Mellencamp’s latest diagnosis comes amid her years-long battle with skin cancer. Over the years, she’s documented her journey having more than 17 different spots of melanoma removed.
