Teddi Mellencamp is in therapy to process her experiences as she battles cancer.

“I think it takes a toll on my body,” the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum told Tamra Judge during Tuesday’s episode of their “Two Ts in a Pod” podcast, adding that she’s “now doing therapy” to deal with the fallout of her 2022 melanoma diagnosis and the discovery of brain tumors in 2025.

Mellencamp also said she didn’t “properly process” her emergency surgery, being unable to see her children for stretches of time, and her divorce from estranged husband Edwin Arroyave after 13 years of marriage.

Additionally, she’s facing the rigors of immunotherapy.

“I’ve learned that there are certain things. like it’s hard for me to touch and move,” she explained. “I can see that I’m slower than I was before, and that’s really frustrating to me.

Mellencamp, 44, divulged that she wants “to be back to the way I was” before the devastating diagnosis.

The reality TV star also addressed her father John Mellencamp’s recent assertion that she’s “suffering” — which touched off a fresh wave of concern among fans.

“You know, I think when he said the word ‘suffering,’ he meant like how I’m mentally doing versus how I’m
physically doing,” she told Judge, noting that while there’s “still no trace of cancer,” the mom of three is “still considered stage four” and still receiving immunotherapy.

The “Jack and Diane” singer, 74, appeared on the “Joe Rogan Experience” podcast earlier this month, and noted that his daughter — whom he shares with ex-wife Victoria Granucci — had been “really sick.”

“It’s not f–king fun,” the Grammy-winning hitmaker said. “She’s got cancer in the brain, and she’s suffering right now.”

Teddi subsequently took to her podcast to reveal that she was getting “a lot of rest, a lot of hanging with the family.”

“A lot of trying to get myself together because, apparently, I’m struggling with massive PTSD
from everything that happened,” she added. “And I didn’t really realize it.”

On an appearance on the “Today” show, John later confessed he was “try[ing] to talk her into” relocating from Los Angeles to Indiana so he could support her, but the Bravolebrity “won’t do it.”

And in an interview with People this month, he said his daughter has “been going through hell the last year” and that her “personality has changed” amid the ongoing battle.

“The lesions are still there, but the cancer’s not,” he told the outlet. “But that doesn’t mean she’s home free; it just means right now there’s no cancer. So she has to keep on this treatment for who knows how many years.”

Following her initial diagnosis of stage 2 melanoma in 2022, the reality star underwent more than 15 surgeries to address the disease — followed by an emergency procedure in 2025 to remove several tumors in her brain.

In October 2025, the TV personality revealed that the cancer — which had also spread to her lungs — was gone.

“I’m not considered in remission or anything like that,” she said on her podcast at the time. “The way the [doctors] said it works, it’s like one year, then two years, then at three years you’re allowed to be considered
 in remission.”

Her estranged husband recently confirmed Teddi’s assertion that she’s going through a lot as she faces ongoing treatment.

“She’s going through the immunotherapy [and] that alone causes some side effects,” he said. “That’s been really hard on her mental health.”
