Austin Swift saves the day — once again.
Taylor Swift’s younger brother, Austin Swift, gave a disabled fan a floor seat at his sister’s Eras Tour concert after the stadium didn’t have great accessible seats.
On Tuesday, Isabel shared a lengthy thread on X about how she ended up with floor seats thanks to the “Braking for Whales” actor.
“to make a LONG story short(er): like most shows i go to, we didn’t have ADA tickets, so we had to swap there,” she wrote.
“the first ADA seats we were put in (in the 500s) were actually sold on ticketmaster to people who didn’t need accessible seats, but got to keep them.”
Isabel said she and her friend were told to return to the 100 section to ask to be relocated. While waiting in line, she said they missed Gracie Adams’ entire opening set and Swift’s “lover era” only to be told there were no ADA seats left.
They were then given floor seats that Isabel said “didn’t exist.”
“we then had several security guards involved and were finally given new, real floor seats (yay!!!)…that were inaccessible (BOOOO) this went on for three eras in FOUR sections,” she added.
“by [‘All Too Well (10 Minute Version)’], we had been put in six areas, barely saw taylor, and STILL didn’t have accessible seats,” the Swiftie claimed.
Isabel said security ordered her to return to the 100 seating section — once again — when Austin, 32, walked up to them “out of nowhere” and asked if they needed help.
The fan said “he listened” to their story and invited them into the VIP lounge with him.
“He introduced us as his friends, set up our seats, offered us food and drinks, and checked that we were good like a million times,” Isabel recalled.
“when taylor’s security came to give us the VIP wristbands, they were kind enough to go get my mama and haley from the 500s to be with us.”
Though Isabel said she was “frustrated with the stadium,” she was “blown away” by Austin’s “generosity and kindness.”
Isabel also shared photos of herself with her family and friends in the VIP lounge from the special moment.
Page Six has reached out to Taylor’s rep for comment but did not immediately hear back.
Austin has been saving the day for many Swifties while his sister, 34, has been onstage performing for the sold-out crowds.
On Saturday, the producer came to a fan’s defense after security tried to remove her from the “Bad Blood” singer’s second Eras Tour concert in Indianapolis for wearing a Travis Kelce costume.
According to a TikTok video, the Swiftie, who was dressed in Kelce’s full football uniform, tried to get the Kansas City Chiefs star’s attention in the VIP area of the show after he made a surprise appearance.
Austin intervened when security attempted to kick the fan out because she was wearing a football helmet on her head.
“Hey, let’s not put hands on people,” Austin told the guard.
The actor then addressed the fan, telling her, “I’m sorry about that. It’s a really cool costume.”
Austin then gave the fan some guitar picks before telling her to enjoy the rest of the show.
