Two days before footage emerged of her altercation with ex Dakota Mortensen, Taylor Frankie Paul addressed pleas for her to stop seeing him.

“Taylor Frankie Paul, this is a message for you: Stop seeing that man,” TikTok star Max Balegde said in a TikTok video shared on Tuesday.

He also lamented to “wak[ing] up to headlines in real time” that the former couple is still “being in each others’ big fat bloody lives.”

He continued, “Taylor, please listen to me when I tell you that you do not need this man. Quite frankly, you don’t need each other. You are terrible for each other. You have so much going for you, Taylor Frankie Paul! Your career is on a high.”

“PLS SEE THE LIGHT MY QUEEN YOU ARE BETTER THAN THIS,” he captioned the recent clip.

In the comments thread, the “Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” star simply responded, “Heard.”

News emerged on Monday that Paul and Mortensen were allegedly involved in another domestic violence incident last month. A source for People also claimed that filming on “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” has been halted amid the drama.

A spokesperson for the Draper City Police Department said that “allegations have been made in both directions.”

Paul addressed the latest alleged incident in an interview with People on Tuesday.

“Honestly, just like, my heart hurts to see it, to go through it, especially at this time,” she told the outlet.

“Just the timing is hard, and it’s a big deal. I feel like every premiere that I’ve experienced, I’ve never enjoyed fully, so this is another one… it’s extremely hard, and it took everything to get me here today.”

A Mortensen source, meanwhile, released a statement to Entertainment Weekly on Wednesday, stating that his “number one priority here is protecting [their 2-year-old son], Ever.”

They added, “He knew there was a possibility it could come out, but he was not going to be the one to proactively do that because he has always wanted a decent relationship with Taylor. It’s been really hard to achieve that, but he wants to co-parent well.”

Paul was arrested following a 2023 incident and charged with misdemeanor assault, commission of domestic violence in the presence of a child, and criminal mischief, though she later said during a 2025 “Call Her Daddy” appearance that charges “were all dropped” following a plea deal.

On Thursday, the drama came to a head when footage of the 2023 encounter was obtained and shared by TMZ. In the video, Paul was seen attempting to kick Mortensen before throwing metal barstools in his direction.

Her daughter Indy, who was 5 at the time, could be heard crying in the background after she was seemingly struck by one of the stools.

“It’s sad to see the latest installment of his never-ending, desperate, attention-seeking, destructive campaign to harm Taylor without any regard for the consequences for their child,” a rep for Paul told People on Thursday following the release of the footage.

“Releasing an old video, which conveniently omits context, on their son’s birthday is a reprehensible attempt to distract from his own behavior. Thankfully, the public has seen this act before and knows who he is and sadly, many will recognize this pattern of manipulation, both in his actions on the show, and from their own experiences.”

Paul was set to star on Season 22 of “The Bachelorette,” but a Disney Entertainment spokesperson told Page Six on Thursday — hours after the video’s release — that, “In light of the newly released video just surfaced today, we have made the decision to not move forward with the new season of ‘The Bachelorette’ at this time, and our focus is on supporting the family.”

The reality star’s on-again, off-again relationship with Mortensen kicked off in 2022 following her divorce from ex-husband, Tate Paul, with whom she shares Indy, now 8, and son Ocean, 5.

She later welcomed son Ever with Mortensen in March 2024.
