Sydney Sweeney is kicking off her birthday celebrations early, and sheâs doing it in typically head-turning fashion.
The Euphoria actress, who turns 29 on September 12, unveiled a playful new campaign for her lingerie label SYRN over the weekend, modeling a series of daring looks from its appropriately named âBirthday Boobsâ collection.
In the retro-inspired shoot, Sydney showcased her incredible figure in everything from delicate baby-blue lingerie to a dramatic black three-piece set as she transformed a vintage kitchen and dining room into her own unconventional birthday party.
âBirthday suits look a little different around here,â Sydney cheekily captioned one post, revealing that the collection will arrive on September 1.
Another video invited followers to âStep into the world of Birthday Boobs.â
The campaign was photographed by Greg Swales and draws heavily on romantic, vintage imagery, complete with elaborate frosted cakes, pastel interiors, lace and bows.
Sydneyâs daring birthday shoot
One of the most striking images shows the Housemaid star in a black lingerie set with dramatic cut-outs and ruffled detailing as she poses on top of a beautifully laid dining table.
With her blonde hair styled into glossy, bombshell curls, Sydney completed the look with thigh-high black boots as she crawled between cakes, candles and champagne glasses.
In another scene, the actress embraced a much sweeter aesthetic in a pale blue ruffled ensemble finished with oversized satin bows and white lace stockings.
Sydney was also pictured carrying an enormous white birthday cake through a retro kitchen while wearing a tiny pastel pajama-style set, her hair decorated with delicate bows.
The tongue-in-cheek campaign concludes with the star blowing towards an enormous tiered cake as confetti fills the room.
The latest collection falls under SYRNâs âRomanticâ category and comes in baby blue, baby pink and black, with bras, thongs, camisoles, garter belts and matching sets among the pieces.
Thereâs also a surprisingly sentimental detail hidden among the lace.
For the first time, the brand has incorporated embroidery into its designs, including the words âI really love youâ reproduced from Sydneyâs own handwriting.
Sydneyâs personal reason for launching SYRN
Behind the provocative campaigns, Sydney has said the motivation for creating the brand came from her own struggles to find lingerie that fitted her body when she was younger.
âI was in the 6th grade with DDs. I hated the bra I had to wear,â she previously revealed when launching SYRN in January. âWhen I bought my first cute bra that actually fit, I wore it to pieces.â
That experience became central to the companyâs approach to sizing. âDesigning for different bodies is a huge part of SYRN,â she explained.
The brand currently offers 44 bra sizes, while the new birthday collection expands across sizes XXS to 3X, with pieces priced between $19 and $64.
Sydney has also made it clear that she doesnât want herself to be the only body associated with the label.
âMy designers are all women, and I have an amazing diverse team,â she told Cosmopolitan earlier this year. âMy models are a beautiful range of body types. Iâm always like: âI want to see it on every body.'â
âIf I wouldnât wear it, I wouldnât want to make it,â she added.
Sydney on her body
Sydney has also addressed the conversation surrounding the provocative nature of her SYRN campaigns.
After years of public discussion about her appearance, the actress told Cosmopolitan that taking ownership of how she presents herself was part of the reason the business felt so personal.
âThis is me reclaiming my body and my narrative and using it to empower other women,â she said.
When launching the label, she explained that she wanted women to be able to embrace different sides of themselves rather than conform to a single idea of femininity.
âI wanted to create a place where women can move between all the different versions of who we are,â she said.
âI love working on cars, I go water skiing, Iâll dress up for the red carpet then go home to snuggle my dogs. Iâm not one thing, no woman is.â
SYRNâs four main style personalities reflect that idea: Comfy, Playful, Romantic and Seductress.
âBoobs and bodies are like fingerprints; everyoneâs are different,â Sydney told ELLE, explaining that she wanted the brand to understand women rather than âtalking at them.â
Sydneyâs growing business empire
The birthday campaign arrives as Sydney continues to expand her interests far beyond acting.
SYRN only launched in January, but the actress has released a steady stream of capsule collections since then, including a Stagecoach activation earlier this year.
She is also moving further behind the camera through her production ventures, with her upcoming projects including a new interpretation of Washington Irvingâs The Legend of Sleepy Hollow.
Sydney is set to play Katrina Van Tassel in Hollow, a female-focused reimagining of the classic story that will approach the tale from Katrinaâs perspective.
It adds another dimension to an increasingly busy period for the Emmy-nominated actress, whose upcoming acting slate also includes The Custom of the Country and Scandalous!.
