Jenna Bush Hager and Sheinelle Jones bid farewell to their magical time in Jamaica ahead of the weekend but not without a swimsuit send off.
The Today Show hosts have been soaking up life in the sun while they filmed Today’s fourth hour. A social media post shared by the Adam Stewart, the Executive Chairman of Sandals Resorts — who were hosting the festivities to celebrate the island — gave insight into Jenna and Sheinelle’s time there, and included a snap of them filming in their swimsuits.
Jenna donned a navy one-piece and black shorts, showing off her incredibly toned legs, while Sheinelle opted for a black zip-up swimsuit which she too added a pair of short shorts too.
They were being filmed on the shandy shoreline alongside a river. Adam wrote: “That’s a wrap. What an incredible two days hosting @JennaSheinelle ‘s trip in beautiful Sandals Dunn’s River. It was a tremendous success, not only for the team but also for our home.
“Millions of viewers got to the see the best of Jamaica, from Dunn’s River Falls to Miss T’s, all while immersing them in our island’s rhythm, flavor and creativity.”
He also thanked the celebrity guests who had been involved including, Sheryl Lee Ralph. Shaggy and Sean Paul.
Adam concluded: “This is a big moment and I applaud the NBC, @VisitJamaica @SandalsResorts and @IslandRoutes team for working together to make it happen. Watching people fall in love with our home is always special, and we were proud to share that moment with the world.”
Sheinelle commented: “Best time ever,” highlighting the success of their trip. Photos and videos from their assignment looked amazing with Sheinelle and Jenna oozing elegance in an array of bright dresses and outfits.
However, it didn’t all run smoothly. Once back in the Today studio, Jenna revealed that Sheinelle had come to her rescue after a night out together, when she had gotten stuck in her dress. “She had to literally get scissors and cut me out of my dress,” Jenna said on the show. “I was pouring sweat, I was panicking. I’m like, SOS.
© Getty Images“I’m like, Sheinelle, I need you to get here with the scissors ASAP. This is the type of friend I’ve learned I have. She left the dance floor, I believe they were playing Sean Paul, she left, she came,” she recalled.
Sheinelle joined Today’s fourth hour with Jenna Bush Hager in 2026, after a slew of celebrities had filled Hoda Kotb’s spot in 2025. Viewers are loving their high-energy chemistry on-air and they’ve been branded the “perfect” match.
