Golden Globe winner Stephen Graham thrilled internet users as he showed off surprisingly impressive dance moves on TikTok with his son, Alfie.
The 52-year-old star of Netflix hit Adolescence shimmied and bopped along to the sound of R. Kelly’s song, ‘Freaky In The Club’, and proved he was a cool dad as he outdanced his youngest child.
Stephen shared his silly side with social media as he bumped hips with Alfie, 19, who he shares with his wife, Hannah Walters, also 52, and laughed with his child, hopping on one foot out of frame.
The actor and his lookalike son were dressed similarly for the dance session in cuffed baggy tracksuit bottoms and branded sports T-shirts, Stephen’s in navy while Alfie wore khaki green. The teenager also covered his face with a black baseball cap.
Alfie posted the video to his TikTok account without a caption, and fans rushed to the comment section to share praise for the star’s dance moves.
One said: “Stephen Graham having moves wasn’t on my 2026 bingo card, I wasn’t ready…,” while another noted: “This man is calmly and quietly creating the position of national treasure”.
“Who’d have thought Stephen Graham could move like that?” a third user posted underneath the clip that has garnered 11.5 million views since it was first shared to the video platform. “Just when you thought you couldn’t love Stephen Graham any more!” a separate user gushed.
Graham family values
Alfie is Stephen’s only son and the youngest of his two children, whom he welcomed with his actress wife of 17 years. The couple also share a daughter, Grace, 21.
The actor and his wife own a production company, Matriarch Productions, and worked together on both Adolescence and A Thousand Blows via their family business.
Appearing on red carpets and on social media, the family of four regularly presents as a unit, and Stephen has opened up in the past about his journey with parenthood. He told The Sunday Times: “We have ups and downs, of course. Luckily, though, the relationship we both have with our children is beautiful – but it takes work.”
He went on to reveal some insights into his parenting style and said he was “soppy” before adding: “I’m constantly hugging our Alfie and Grace.”
