Stacey Solomon’s eldest son Zachary towers over mum as they mark special anniversary

Stacey Solomon had reason to celebrate on Saturday as her eldest son, Zachary, turned 18. To mark the sweet occasion, the mother and son duo posed together in a set of photos.

Zachary towered over his famous mum as he sweetly wrapped his arms around her in one photo. Other snaps saw Stacey leaning into her eldest, while the final captured them showing off an incredible pout.

Stacey looked gorgeous in the photos, wearing an all-white ensemble, while Zachary looked handsome in a black tee and matching sweatpants.

In a touching tribute, Stacey enthused: “Today is all about you Zachary. 18 wonderful years of you. We are SO lucky. Now let’s go OUT out @zachsolomon08.”

Her fans were quick to comment on the family photos, as one said: “He really does have kind eyes. What a joy. You must be so proud,” while a second added: “Amazing love these photos hope he’s having the best 18th.“

A third posted: “Happy birthday Zachary I remember such a sweet young man when I met you at ITV, a credit to you Stacey,” while a fourth penned: “Aw, this is so sweet! HBD! You both look great too (loving the outfit btw).”

In a separate tribute to her eldest, Stacey shared several black-and-white videos of him throughout the ages. In a lengthy tribute, she wrote: “I blinked & my baby boy turned 18 Zachary, growing up with you has been the biggest privilege of my life. Looking through our memories, every video I have of you shows just how special you are.

“The kindest man with the biggest heart. The world is so lucky to have a human like you in it. Happy birthday darling boy. To the moon & stars and back again. Sorry that I’ve spent the whole morning crying, I’ll pull myself together eventually.

On her Instagram Stories, Stacey also revealed that her teenage son had now joined the platform, saying: “My baby is on Instagram now, I swear to goodness you better be SO NICE. I’m proud we held out to 18, Zachy.”

Emotional milestones

Stacey has gotten emotional over her son before, and back in 2016, she admitted she was in tears as Zachary prepared to finish secondary school and head off to his prom.

“Now time to get Zach’s suit for prom. Honestly my heart can’t cope that he finishes school in a couple of weeks,” Stacey said alongside a video of her son trying on a suit.

She later shared a photo of herself and her son together, captioning the snap: “My Zachary 11.06.24.”
