Simon Cowell flaunted his toned figure in blue and white swim trunks after revealing his strict daily diet.

The “American Idol” alum, 66, took to Instagram Sunday to share a poolside video of himself wishing his followers a “Happy Christmas” while holding his Yorkshire Terriers, Squiddly and Diddly.

His pups barked loudly in his arms as he urged them to wish fans a warm holiday greeting.

“That’s ‘Happy Christmas’ in dog language,” Cowell translated, with a smirk.

He accessorized his laid-back look with a pair of aviator sunglasses.

Several fans gushed over the TV personality, with one commenting, “Your laugh is infectious! It’s wonderful to see how happy you are.”

“Men who love dogs 👌,” another added.

Cowell, meanwhile, recently opened up about the diet he adopted since the 2020 bike accident that left him with a broken back.

In his newly released series, “The Next Act,” he is seen eating a half a crumpet for lunch while his fiancĂ©e, Lauren Silverman, eats a salad.

“This is how differently we eat,” the “X-Factor” alum said. “I have to eat half of this now and the other half for dinner.”

Cowell recently told the US Sun that he drinks a green protein fruit smoothie, plus “porridge and tea” for breakfast every day after breaking a 17-hour fast.

“And I cut out sugar, dairy, red meat, gluten,” he added. “I had the diet of a schoolboy, and was told by a dietician it was the worst diet he’d ever seen.”

Cowell also told the outlet that he indulges in four 90-calorie beers per day, but splits them all in half to “make it a shandy.”

The businessman is nterested in taking on a natural approach to his health, stating that he has never been interested in taking a popular weight-loss drug to shed pounds.

As for his workout regimen, he performs around 300 to 600 pushups a day with the intention of eventually reaching 1,000.
