Rick Springfield is more ripped than ever at age 77.
The Australian rockstar showed off his toned body while performing shirtless at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas over the weekend.
In footage from the concert, Springfield played his classic song âJessieâs Girlâ wearing nothing but black leather pants.
Springfield similarly went shirtless for his concert at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville on Aug. 21.
The clip of Springfield in Vegas went viral on social media, prompting fans to marvel over his incredible physique.
â77âŠWhoâs his chef, trainer and doctors? Iâll buy whatever serum heâs taking,â one fan wrote on X.
âHe looks 47! Seriously!â someone else tweeted.
Another account wrote, â77?! Holy Fountain of Youth!!!â
A different fan said Springfield âmust be doing something rightâ because he âstill looks and sounds great and a full head of hair to boot.â

The Grammy Award winner also revealed that he stays fit by adopting a pescatarian diet.
âIâll have meat now and then if I feel like feeling a little weak, but I donât eat dairy or anything like that,â he shared. âIâm on a big anti-inflammation kick.â
Additionally, Springfield said he cut back on drinking alcohol two years prior.
âI was drinking quite a bit, and as you get older, itâs kind of a natural thing to drop all that sât,â he explained. âIâll have a couple of sips of vodka or something when Iâm onstage, but I donât drink any other time.â
In the same 2025 interview, Springfield admitted that he doesnât feel his age.
âI still feel like Iâm in my 20s in my head,â he told the outlet.
âThen I see people dying from old age disease and go, âWow, Iâm the same age as old people!ââ
