The 19-year-old made a surprise appearance in a teaser for “What’s a Girl to Do” by Dayoung of Cosmic Girls, released on Thursday April 2, 2026. While her cameo lasts only a few seconds, it’s more than enough to send social media into overdrive.
In the clip, Shiloh is seen leaning back in a relaxed pose following an intense dance sequence, her look striking and instantly familiar.
