Sheryl Underwood has extended an olive branch to Sharon Osbourne five years after their blowup fight about Meghan Markle got Sharon axed from “The Talk.”

Underwood, 62, revealed that she reached out to Sharon after her husband, Ozzy Osbourne, died of a heart attack in July 2025 at the age of 76.

“I will say this, I still believe there’s some love between me and Sharon Osbourne,” Underwood said during “The View” on Tuesday. “I tried to reach out when Ozzy passed.”

She continued, “I love her. Sometimes you find out, your coworkers, your colleagues … you hope that it doesn’t get as big. I’m going to be honest with you, you don’t sit next to somebody for that amount of time and don’t have no love.”

But the comedian also admitted that she was “afraid” to reach out to Sharon, 73, after their March 2021 feud on “The Talk” because she didn’t want to be “misunderstood.”

“And the reason people say, ‘Well, Sheryl, when [the fight] happened, why didn’t you reach out?’ I’m afraid to leave a voicemail,” Underwood explained. “Because in the business we’re in, your voicemail will show up somewhere or be misunderstood.”

She added, “I’d rather be quiet than continue to hurt people. Because I’ma have to face God one day.”

The “Beauty Shop” star went on to say that she is ready to reconcile with Sharon, and she asked “The View” panel to help make it happen.

“I haven’t done everything right, but if somebody could pull us together … Howard Stern, pull us together,” Underwood concluded. “Ya’ll, pull us together.”

Underwood and Sharon’s reps did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

The pair’s blowup fight unfolded during an episode of CBS’s “The Talk” in March 2021 after Sharon defended controversial comments Piers Morgan had made about the Duchess of Sussex.

After Underwood questioned Sharon’s defense of Morgan and the remarks he made about the “Suits” alum, Sharon grew heated and told Underwood, “Don’t try to cry.”

CBS put the show on a brief hiatus and launched an internal investigation into the surprising on-air fight before concluding that Sharon’s behavior didn’t align with the network’s values. She departed the show shortly after.

“What happened, when you start talking about Meghan Markle, I said to Piers when he came on the show, and to Sharon, ‘Ya’ll got to get off Meghan Markle,’” Underwood recalled during “The View” on Tuesday.

“We will not let you drag her because her mama is from Windsor Hills,” she added. “Meghan is in Windsor Palace.”

As for Sharon, she looked back on the incident during an episode of “The Sage Steele Show” in 2024.

Although the “Osbournes” alum had apologized to Underwood following their fight, she told Steele that she “didn’t want to.”

“I felt I didn’t do anything wrong,” Sharon told the former ESPN anchor. “But my kid said to me, ‘Just apologize to her. Maybe you’re wrong, and she read you wrong or something, just in case, apologize.’”

She continued, “And I did. I apologized to her. I called her. She wouldn’t pick up my calls, and then she lied and said I never apologized. I have it all documented on my phone.”
