Another one of Shakira’s Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour dates has been postponed.

The “Hips Don’t Lie” icon, 48, took to social media on and informed fans her March 2 and 3 shows at Estadio Nacional in Santiago, Chile is postponed due to stage production issues — marking the third show on the tour’s Latin American leg to not proceed as planned.

“You all, who have accompanied me for thirty years, know more than anyone my professionalism and how much I strive to give you the best,” wrote Shakira in a statement, translated from Spanish to English. “You can only imagine how painful it is for me as an artist after so much effort to come to a country I love and have to reprogram my show for circumstances out of my and my production team’s control.”

She explained the stage production at the venue was handled by an outside team rather than Shakira’s own touring staff, and their requirements were not correctly followed — meaning the stage “is not stable enough to guarantee the safety of my band, dancers, fans and me,” she said.

“There are two things I would never compromise: the security of my team and that of my fans, and I would never offer a show below the quality standards that you all deserve,” continued Shakira. “My heart is broken in a thousand pieces to not be able to perform for you due to reasons out of my control.”

Her statement ended with a promise to bring Chilean fans a full show in the future “even if I have to inspect the floor myself.

The tour kicked off Feb. 11 at Estádio Olímpico Nilton Santos in Rio de Janeiro and continues next with two shows at Campo Argentino de Polo in Buenos Aires, Argentina on March 7 and 8.

After wrapping the Latin American leg in April, Shakira will kick off a string of North American shows on May 13 at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina. The tour will conclude with two shows at Estadio Nacional in Lima, Peru on November 15 and 16.

Shakira previously postponed her Feb. 24 tour stop at the Atanasio Girardot Stadium in Medellín, Colombia due to circumstances “out of my hands,” she said at the time, with Billboard reporting safety concerns at the venue were to blame.

“My people from Medellín! It hurts me a lot not to be able to get on stage and sing for you as much as I wanted to,” she said in a Feb. 23 post on social media.

The Medellín cancellation came one week after Shakira had to cancel her Feb. 16 show in Lima due to an “abdominal issue” that sent her to the hospital. “I am sorry to inform you all that last night I had to go to the ER for an abdominal issue and am currently hospitalized,” she wrote at the time.
