Two years after Mike Shouhed’s domestic violence arrest, footage of his brutal attack on then-fiancée Paulina Ben-Cohen has surfaced.

In the video, obtained by TMZ Thursday, a man who appears to be the “Shahs of Sunset” alum grabs Ben-Cohen by her hair and pulls her to the ground.

A clothing rack subsequently falls on her.

After Ben-Cohen’s face is pushed into the ground, she throws objects at the individual until he leaves the closet.

Further footage takes place in a playroom, with the man appearing to choke Ben-Cohen, which she responds to with defensive slaps against his head and face.

Shouhed and Ben-Cohen’s reps have yet to respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

The incident allegedly occurred in March 2022 over a hookah, with Shouhed arrested at the time for “intimate partner violence with injury.”

While it was unknown at the time who the victim had been, Ben-Cohen was identified four months later.

“Paulina’s primary focus is on keeping herself and her children safe,” her attorney told Page Six in July 2022, referencing her two children from a previous marriage.

That October, Shouhed was ordered to take anger management and parenting classes, as well as complete a gun safety course and community service.

He was barred from owning or possessing a firearm until he finished a diversion program and had his domestic violence, battery and unlawfully attempting to dissuade a witness charges dismissed as a result.

When Ben-Cohen sued her former partner in March, screenshots of the closet and playroom altercation were included in the filing.

She alleged that after the fight, Shouhed went to retrieve a firearm — at which point, the cops were called and he was arrested.

Ben-Cohen alleged in court docs that the former Bravolebrity’s alleged abuse began with verbal insults, calling her a “piece of s–t” and a “f–king whore.”

She claimed Shouhed, who was previously married to Jessica Parido, also attacked her in 2021, the same year the duo went public with their engagement.
