New relationship status, new address.
Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco purchased a $35 million Beverly Hills mansion for a whopping $35 million.
The couple reportedly bought the Spanish-style home in December 2024 — the same month they got engaged. However, the news was kept a secret until this week.
The seven-bedroom, 12-bath pad features a library, a private gym, a spa and a home theater, according to TMZ, who was first to report the news.
As seen in photos obtained by Page Six, the resort-like grounds include a glass greenhouse solarium, a pool and numerous gardens.
Gomez, 32, and Blanco, 36, snagged the pricey property, which sits on a “rare double lot,” after just one month on the market.
However, they aren’t the first Hollywood hitters to own the lavish estate. “The Hangover” and “Joker” director Todd Phillips purchased the property for $17.25 million in 2012.
He offloaded the mansion nearly a decade later for nearly double that price — raking in $31 million.
It’s unclear who lived in the home from 2021 until 2024 before Blanco and Gomez took over.
The “Emilia Pérez” actress has built an impressive real estate portfolio during her decades-long career.
Gomez has bought and sold several properties over the years — including a 10,000-square-foot home in Texas, a Studio City, Calif., bungalow and a Mediterranean-style mansion in Calabasas, Calif.
However, in 2020, she purchased another California property — a $4.9 million Encino mansion previously owned by late singer Tom Petty.
The multi-hyphenate has lived in the six-bedroom, 10-bathroom home alongside her grandparents ever since.
Meanwhile, her now-fiancé has called a quirky 1930s-style residence “home” since 2019.
In May 2024, the producer gave Architectural Digest a glimpse inside the colorful Los Angeles abode, which features original Picasso works, custom reupholstered 15-seater couches and floor-to-ceiling red velvet rooms.
Although the couple have different design styles, they seemingly found their forever home.
However, they have yet to move into the pricey Beverly Hills pad. Gomez and Blanco seemingly spent Valentine’s Day at his house, where he surprised her with a bathtub full of queso dip.
The producer placed a line of tortilla chips leading into the bathroom, spelling out, “I [heart] You.”
The “Only Murders in the Building” star confirmed her relationship with Blanco in December 2023 and he popped the question one year later.
