Scott Disick was seemingly surprised to learn that his Mounjaro weight-loss medication made a cameo on The Kardashians.

On the Thursday, Feb. 27 episode of the Hulu reality series, Khloe Kardashian, 40, is sitting at home with Kendall Jenner, 29, when they call their sister Kourtney’s ex, 41, to share a bit of news.

“Did you see from the show?” Khloe says on a FaceTime call with the father of three. “Did you see what’s in your fridge?”

A confused looking Scott replies, “No?”

However, it doesn’t take long for him to catch on to what Khloe was subtly trying to say.

“No!” he adds, eyebrows raised. “It shows the Mounjaro? You’re lying.”

Khloe and Kendall laugh out loud at his misfortune as he learns the weight loss medication, clearly visible, has made it into a scene in their show and onto the internet.

“It’s everywhere, Scott,” Khloe says.

The clip was first seen in season 5 of the family’s reality show when a frightening car accident left him temporarily unable to be as active as he normally would have been.

“I’ve gained a lot of weight here because of my back,” he said to Khloe and Kris Jenner, who were visiting his house at the time and checking out his eating habits.

In an October 2023 episode, Scott admitted to being “barely mobile,” telling KhloĂ©, “since the car accident, everything has changed. I haven’t been able to run around, I’ve gained weight.”

“Oh, f— me running!” Scott says during the FaceTime call on Thursday’s episode after Khloe delivered the news of his Mounjaro being seen by millions.

He adds, “By the way, I’m not embarrassed that I took it!”

Khloe chimes in, “You shouldn’t be.”

The scene cuts to a confessional, where the Good American founder jokes that Scott should have been more careful while filming the past scene.

“Do what everyone else does, hide your drugs!” she says while laughing, adding, “No.”

FDA-approved Mounjaro (tirzepatide in its generic form) is similar to Ozempic, the brand name for semaglutide. Both can treat Type 2 diabetes, and became widely known after celebrities began using it off-label for weight loss.

A-Listers such as Whoopi Goldberg have admitted to using the drug after she “weighed almost 300 lbs.”

According to Cedars-Sinai, Mounjaro should be used “exactly as your healthcare provider says.” The medical facility also warns that the drug can “cause tumors in the thyroid, including thyroid cancer.”

New episodes of The Kardashians air Thursdays on Hulu.
