Scooter Braun kicked off his girlfriend Sydney Sweeney’s 29th birthday with a glowing tribute accompanied by a video featuring plenty of PDA.
“Happy birthday to the woman who is the exception to every rule,” Braun, 45, wrote via Instagram on Saturday, September 12, alongside footage of the couple slow-dancing in front of a castle. “The person who surprised me and showed me how life with true partnership can be lived.”
He continued, “You make me smile harder, laugh louder, adventure more, and dream bigger. You’ve made the ordinary feel exciting and the future feel like something I can’t wait to get to.”
The music manager further gushed over his admittedly “corny” romance with the Euphoria alum.
“A giggle can change an entire day. And I love how corny we can be together, because nothing else matters,” he added. “There are a million things I could say, but the ones that matter most are just for you. Happy birthday Syd. Many more celebrations ahead. I love you ❤️.”
Braun also uploaded a sweet video of the pair slow dancing in a street before he picked up Sweeney. The Housemaid star subsequently wrapped her legs around her boyfriend before they shared a kiss.
Sweeney and Braun were first romantically linked in June 2025 after meeting at Jeff Bezos’ star-studded Italy wedding.
“It is not serious,” a source exclusively told Us in September 2025, noting that Sweeney was “dating around and in her single era without having any pressure” months after she broke up ex-fiancé Jonathan Davino.
After several months of casually dating, a second insider told Us in November 2025 that Sweeney and Braun’s romance was “getting serious.”
“Neither of them expected it to turn into something serious at first and are surprised by how genuine the connection has become,” the second source exclusively told Us, revealing that Sweeney and Braun were spending time together in between the actress’ busy work schedule. “Scooter is extremely supportive and that is one of the reasons why she is so drawn to him.”
Per the second insider, Braun was “deeply interested” in Sweeney’s career and life, even offering “valuable perspective and guidance” that she appreciated.
Sweeney and Braun, who shares three children with ex-wife Yael Cohen, publicly debuted their relationship in May.
“I’ve met an extraordinary woman, kind and generous and smart, and real and down-to-earth,” Braun said on the “Second Thought” podcast that month, teasing that he has become a fan of Euphoria. “I’m biased … I like it. I think there’s been an incredible performance by a certain actress.”
Sweeney returned the favor the next while celebrating her beau’s 45th birthday.
“Happiest of birthdays to the man with the biggest heart I know ❤️,” Sweeney gushed via Instagram in June. “Thank you for all the living room dances and making me smile again. A good man is rare. A man like you is once in a lifetime.”
