They had an inkling.

Pals and TV hosts Savannah Guthrie and Drew Barrymore got inked together again last week, Page Six has learned.

Insiders told Page Six that “Today” host Guthrie taped an appearance on Barrymore’s daytime talk show — scheduled to air on Tuesday — and the duo got some new body art on camera.

We’re told Guthrie got the news that her new children’s book, “Mostly What God Does is Love You,” reached No.1 on the New York Times bestseller list — with more than 20,000 copies sold — and she was celebrating the occasion with Barrymore the following day.

Celeb tattoo artist JonBoy inked the ladies, with Guthrie getting sentimental hearts that her children, Vale, and Charlie, drew, on her wrist.

JonBoy tattooed the word “time” on Barrymore.

Guthrie and Barrymore first got tattoos together in 2023.

Cameras weren’t rolling for her first tattoo with “The Drew Barrymore Show” host, 50, but she shared their bonding moment on “Today.”

“This is an exact carbon copy of my father’s handwriting,” she said of her first tattoo, based on a note from her father who passed away when she was 16.

Guthrie, 53, said it was the first time in her life that she ever wanted a tattoo.

“He wrote a love letter to my mom and this is his writing
And it’s not only his writing, so he’s with me, but I’m trying to make it my mantra for life,” she said.
