Sami Sheen isn’t backing down from her claim that sister Lola Sheen is dating one of her ex-boyfriends.
“Been biting my tongue for years,” Sami, 21, captioned a TikTok post on Thursday, January 15, as she held up a phone that seemingly had screenshots of text messages pertaining to her theory. “BRB collecting my thoughts and receipts.”
One day earlier, Sami accused Lola, 20, of being in a relationship with an unnamed ex. Lola has denied the allegations and doubled down in a new TikTok.
“I took down my posts yesterday out of respect for my family. However, my sister has decided to keep hers up,” Lola wrote via the app on Thursday. “Her accusation about me is a complete lie. She has unfortunately always been one to spread rumors about me that aren’t true.”
Lola, who turned off comments on the TikTok, continued, “Everyone close to me knows this isn’t true at all. I can only wish her and all of you the best and hope that this world can stop being so quick to believe everything they see.”
On Friday, January 16, Lola posted a cryptic Bible verse on her Instagram Story that read, “Father, forgive them for they know now what they do.”
In March 2025, viewers got an inside look into Lola and Sami’s complicated relationship on their mom Denise Richards’ Bravo reality show titled Denise Richards & Her Wild Things.
The pair documented their vastly different lifestyles and interests. While Lola enjoyed Taco Tuesdays or intimate Bible studies with friends, Sami was an open book about her nose jobs and OnlyFans content.
“Things now are OK,” Sami exclusively shared with Us Weekly before the premiere of her family’s reality show. “I mean, obviously, we still fight like sisters do, but we’re at a much better place. We have each other unblocked now. We followed each other back on Instagram. I think we’re at a good place.”
While the pair appeared to be friends when season 1 wrapped in April 2025, things took a turn this week when Sami accused Lola of being with her ex-boyfriend.
“Imagine finding out your sister and ex-boyfriend have been seeing each other behind your back this whole time,” she wrote via TikTok on Tuesday, January 13.
In a since-deleted post, Lola strongly denied the allegations, writing, “I am never one to defend myself against my sister anymore because I genuinely don’t care. But I couldn’t let this one slide. I am single, I am not talking to anyone, and I’m definitely not dating her ex-boyfriend. That is absolutely the one thing I will share my side for because this is unbelievable.”
Although Lola acknowledged she’s had a “few conversations” with Sami’s ex, it’s simply because they are living in tight quarters after Richards hired him and allowed him to move into our house.
“I would absolutely NEVER do anything with my sister’s ex-boyfriend,” she said. “And we have completely different types in men.”
Richards and Charlie Sheen have not publicly commented on their daughters’ recent social media posts.
