Sami Sheen admits she was bullied for resembling dad Charlie before getting nose job

Sami Sheen admitted she underwent a rhinoplasty last August after being picked on for resembling her dad, Charlie Sheen.

“I had to deal with kids bullying me,” Sami told her mom, Denise Richards, on Tuesday’s episode of “Denise Richards & Her Wild Things,” per People.

“People would say I looked like my dad. I actually got a comment the other day of someone saying, ‘You’ll never be as pretty as your mom.’”

In the episode, Sami explained to Richards that she had wanted the nose job procedure “for as long as [she] can remember” while driving to her consultation appointment.

“I have this freaking honker stuck to my face,” she said.

The OnlyFans content creator, 20, revealed she wanted to look more like her mother, admitting that she was “literally paying for [Richards’] nose.”

During her appointment with the doctor, Sami pointed to the “RHOBH” alum’s face as an example of the “perfect” nose.

Richards, 54, got emotional in her confessional as she reacted to her daughter’s admission.

“For my daughter to want to get her nose done, it made me so sad,” the “Wild Things” actress said. “I feel bad that she has to live up to my nose, or whatever, because I don’t want [my daughters] to feel they have to look a certain way.”

The former model added, “There were times I wanted to move the kids out of LA, and I couldn’t because of where I worked. And they had two parents in this business. I feel bad.”

During Tuesday’s episode, Sami told her mom that she didn’t want her at the surgery because it would give Richards “anxiety.”

She even tried to keep the cosmetic procedure a secret from her younger sister Lola, 19, though Richards eventually spilled the beans.

“When I got my implants done, I told way too many people,” Sami argued.

“I was filled with so many different opinions. I wish I went bigger. So many people told me to go smaller, and that really affected how they came out, and I wish I just didn’t tell anyone.”

Sami underwent a breast augmentation nine months before revealing she got a nose job on TikTok in August 2024.

At the time, she said she had been living with her “too droopy” and “too big” nose for years.

“i would have to photoshop every single photo i took because it photographed horribly,” she posted on the app with profile shots of her natural nose.

Sami debuted her “dream nose” later that month while grabbing lunch with a friend in Los Angeles.
