She leaves quite an impression.
Sabrina Carpenter hit the 2025 Grammys red carpet on Sunday wearing a powder blue silky custom JW Anderson gown, which was accented with feathers around the waist and the hemline.
The real show-stopping element, however, was the jaw-dropping neckline-turned-necklace that descended down her back in glittering fashion.
The artist, who already won best pop solo performance for her hit song âEspresso,â styled her iconic blond hair in an updo with curls framing her face and wore her signature doll-like makeup.
The singer accessorized with silver dangly earrings and a few rings as well as sky-high coordinating platform heels to complete the look.
Itâs Carpenterâs first time at the musical awards show, though sheâs previously attended various pre-and after parties. However, sheâs struck gold in 2025, nabbing six nominations in major categories â and the pint-sized pop star is even set to perform on the big stage.
The Disney alum, 25, is up for best new artist against Benson Boone, Doechii, Khruangbin, Raye, Chappell Roan, Shaboozey and Teddy Swims.
Plus, her album âShort nâ Sweetâ is nominated in the biggest category of the night, album of the year, alongside AndrĂ© 3000 (âNew Blue Sunâ), BeyoncĂ© (âCowboy Carterâ), Billie Eilish (âHit Me Hard and Softâ), Chappell Roan (âThe Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princessâ), Charli XCX (âBratâ), Jacob Collier (âDjesse Vol. 4â) and Taylor Swift (âThe Tortured Poets Departmentâ).
And thatâs not all; Carpenter is also up for best pop vocal album as well as song of the year and record of the year for âPlease Please Pleaseâ and âEspresso,â respectively. Before the award show started, she was announced as the winner of best pop solo performance for âEspresso,â marking her first-ever Grammy.
The star shared her over-the-top reaction to her first nominations on Instagram, breaking down in tears when she got the news. âIâd be lying if i said i hadnât dreamt about this day my whole life so i am filled with gratitude,â she wrote, though she also poked fun at the best new artist nod as she released her first album in 2015.
Outside of her music career taking off in an enormous way, the actress has had a huge personal year, too. She had a public relationship â and breakup â with âSaltburnâ actor Barry Keoghan, scored her own Netflix Christmas special and wrapped a hugely successful tour after opening for Taylor Swift on her own epic Eras Tour.
Plus, sheâs been killing it on the red carpet, too, often rocking vintage Victoriaâs Secret, Versace and she even wore a vintage Bob Mackie gown that was first worn by Madonna to the 2024 MTV VMAs.
