Feel better, Riley Green!
The 36-year-old country singer recently stepped on a nail while out hunting and wound up in the emergency room, he revealed in a TikTok video on Jan. 6.
âAt the emergency room âcause I stepped on a nail [and] impaled my foot,â said Green in the clip, wearing one boot on the non-injured foot as he sat in the ER with a friend.
âAnd when I took my boot off, corn fell all over the floor,â he added with a laugh. âThe lady came in here wanting to know where all the corn came from. Itâs from my boot. You donât want me to take this other one off, either. Itâs real-world problems.â
In a follow-up video posted to Greenâs Instagram Stories thatâs since been shared to social media, his friend asked a nurse when the âDifferent âRound Hereâ performer could get back to hunting, a regular hobby of his. âJust hit us with it straight, doc,â the star said.
âOh, you can go right back hunting,â said the nurse.
And thatâs exactly what Green did â seemingly hours later, as he shared an Instagram Stories video from the snowy woods later on Jan. 6. âSomethin might be wrong with me at this point,â he captioned the clip.
Green then shared another video from the hunting outing, this time showing off his feet while walking in boots, noting that the temperature was â16 degreesâ outside. âWhat sore foot?â he wrote.
The âI Wish Grandpas Never Diedâ musician is an avid hunter, and he regularly shares photos with his game on social media.
âFirst buck off my new farm in Kansas and he was a good one. It took a bunch of hours sittin in a tree with a bow but he finally slipped up. Damn I love it out here,â he said on Instagram last month.
Green is currently gearing up for his Damn Country Music Tour with Ella Langley, which kicks off March 27 with its Canadian leg before moving to the United States on April 10.
The tour will make stops in cities including Cincinnati, Baltimore, Milwaukee, Chicago, New York, Boston and more through the end of August, after which heâll head to Europe through Sept. 19.
