The newest Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is speaking out!
Season 14 newcomer Bozoma âBozâ Saint John recently stopped by the Tubi original talk show We Got Time Today to talk about going from the boardroom to Bravo with hosts Deion Sanders and Rocsi Diaz.
âYou go from corporate America, CMO [Chief Marketing Officer] of Pepsi, Uber, Netflix, Apple ⊠to now Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,â Diaz began, sharing Bozâs impressive resume.
When asked about her transition from the corporate world to the world of reality TV, the Eve by Boz CEO, 47, replied, âIt was a surprise to me as well.â
âThis scenario â the interactions with the women, all those things â is light work. It really is,â she explained. âBecause the battle in the boardroom is much, much worse than this.â
âHaving a conversation [with costars], at least I know what youâre talking about. Try being in a boardroom where youâre getting cut from all angles. Especially if youâre the only woman and the only Black person,â Boz added.
âThat is a battle that you donât want any parts of,â she continued. âAnd the fact that Iâve survived not just one, but four, of those types of rooms means that thereâs really nothing that anyone could ever say to me that would make me sweat.â

Boz is the only new full-time addition on RHOBH this season, joining returning housewives Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley, Erika Jayne, Garcelle Beauvais and Sutton Stracke. She is the second Black housewife on the show following Beauvais.
With the season having just started, Boz has yet to find herself in any major battles, but being a sympathetic ear to Dorit amid her feud with Kyle may have some repercussions as the season progresses.
New episodes of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills air Tuesdays on Bravo.
You can see more of Bozâs We Got Time Today interview, where she talks about achieving success and believing in your own greatness, streaming Tuesday, Dec. 10 at 5pm PT/8pm ET on Tubi.
