Rebecca Gayheart packed on the PDA in a rare moment with her billionaire boyfriend, Peter Morton.

On Wednesday, the couple stepped out for a date night at E-Baldi in Beverly Hills, Ca.

In photos obtained by Page Six, the duo hugged and kissed as they held hands.

For their night out, Gayheart, 54, wore a black and white polkadot dress paired with a white blazer. She accessorized her look with black tights, a red purse and red pumps.

Morton, 78, went for a color coordinated look with a black sweater matched with black pants and white sneakers.

The actress and the Hard Rock founder have been linked for several years but have rarely made any public appearances as she navigates her complicated relationship with estranged husband, Eric Dane.

Gayheart and Dane, 53, wed in 2004 and share two daughters: Billie, 15, and Georgia, 13.

They separated in 2018 but called off their divorce in April. Weeks later, the “Grey’s Anatomy” actor revealed his ALS diagnosis.

Last month, the “Jawbreaker” star gave insight into their “super complicated” relationship.

Gayheart has been supporting him battle the disease and tries to be a good “role model” to their children.

“[I tell them], ‘No matter what, he is our family and he is your father,’” the model explained on the “Broad Ideas” podcast. “We show up, and we try to do it with some dignity and some grace and just get through it the best we can.”

She admitted, “It’s super complicated for me. We’ve been separated for eight years.”

Gayheart also clarified that their kids “live with [her] 100 percent of the time.”

As Dane battles ALS, which has no known cure, she has tried to “stay optimistic,” noting, “I don’t know if I’m doing it well or in the wrong way or right way, I’m just showing up and trying to be there for them. I guess time will tell.”

She also revealed the heavy toll her ex’s illness has taken on the girls, admitting they are in a “particularly difficult” place.

“They are good girls who are just going through a lot,” she said. “I just want to make sure I provide them with the opportunity to spend time with him, so they don’t ever look back [and wish they did more].”

The “Euphoria” actor gave a heartbreaking update on his health during a virtual panel with I AM ALS on Tuesday.

“I have no reason to be in a good spirit at any time, on any given day, I don’t think anybody would blame me if I went upstairs in my bedroom, crawled under the sheets, and spent the next two weeks crying,” he said.

“And I was a little bit pleasantly surprised when I realized that I wasn’t built like that because I thought for sure that was gonna be me,” he added.

Despite calling off their divorce, both Gayheart and Dane have made it clear that they are just friends and the decision was made to maintain their family unit.

Dane has also moved on romantically, as he was last linked to filmmaker Janell Shirtcliff.
