Congratulations are in order for Chelsy Davy, who took to Instagram on Sunday to announce the birth of her third child. The 40-year-old jewellery designer and ex-girlfriend of Prince Harry shared a photo featuring her older daughter and son, Chloe and Leo, with her newborn son on her lap.
“Happy Mother’s Day. It’s a celebration that touches us all. Whether you’re a mother yourself or spending a little extra time today thinking about the mother figures in your life, it’s a moment each year to pause and appreciate,” Chelsy, who shares her children with her husband, hotelier Sam Cutmore-Scott, penned.
“This year feels especially meaningful for me as we welcome our little boy, Finn, who arrived last week. Returning to those hazy newborn days has been a beautiful reminder of just how remarkable mothers are – and of the many ways we each balance family, work and everything in between.”
She continued: “Running Aya alongside raising Finn, Chloe and Leo is a juggle, but it’s one I’ve chosen. And one of the wonderful things about the world we live in today is that many of us have that freedom – to shape our lives in the way that feels right, whether that includes motherhood, a career, creativity, or something entirely different.
“This Mother’s Day, I’m embracing the juggle I’ve chosen – and celebrating all of you embracing yours.”
Chelsy welcomes baby number three
In the first photo, captured by Susheel Schroeder, Chelsy was seen holding baby Finn in her arms while dressed in jeans and a white shirt. Her son Leo, who was born in 2022, and daughter Chloe, who was born in 2024, looked on lovingly as they joined their mother and newborn brother on the sofa.
The founder of the Aya jewellery brand also featured in a close-up shot where she smiled at the camera with her baby, who was turned away from the camera, and a third in which she kissed baby Finn’s tiny hand.
Chelsy’s understated pregnancy reveal
It came after Chelsy, who dated King Charles’ son on and off between 2004 and 2011, revealed she was pregnant with baby number three in the most understated of manners.
In February, the then-mother-to-be reshared a photograph of herself from a breakfast launching her jewellery brand Aya’s new Halo Collection. Underneath, a close friend penned of the host: “And the most beautiful mama to be”.
Chelsy’s new life overseas
Along with their new addition, Sam and Chelsy have relocated to Mauritius. Having begun the moving process to the tropical island in December 2025, the businesswoman recently commented on her property options, telling the Standard: “Only Mauritian citizens can own property on the shoreline, which limits what you can buy as a foreigner, but there’s a great rental market.
“Personally, I love the beach we live on and would be happy in any houses along there.” Her parents moved to Mauritius full-time following the Covid-19 pandemic.
