Presley Gerber’s ‘very angry’ ex-girlfriend breaks her silence after his death at 27

Presley Gerber’s “very angry” ex-girlfriend Charlotte D’Alessio has paid an emotional tribute to him following his shocking death at 27 on September 20, 2026.

The Canadian model reportedly met Presley in December 2017 through his sister, fellow model Kaia Gerber. They began dating in 2018 for about two years.

Charlotte, 28, took to her Instagram Stories and shared several intimate photos of her and Presley, including one of them in their swimwear standing on a dock by a lake.

“Shared a pure love with you & for that I thank & honor your life,” she captioned the photo. “You deserved more time. You deserved more life. Very angry ab this.”

Another photo showed the former couple embracing while gazing into a camera. “Love you Pres. always. Up there, down here. don’t ever doubt that. we all love you so much. I hope you can feel it,” she wrote.

Charlotte also posted a video of the late star walking towards the ocean with a white dog running around him, which she captioned: “I will always remember you this way.”

Presley’s death

Presley died at a rehabilitation facility on Sunday, according to Los Angeles County Medical Examiner records obtained by Us Weekly.

At the time of his death, a family representative for his parents, Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, told HELLO!: “The family is asking for privacy during this very difficult and painful time.”

Per recordings reported on by multiple outlets, a call was dispatched to Santa Monica, California, police on September 20 for a cardiac arrest in the 1000 block of Berkeley St. at 9:35 a.m., with another dispatch revealing that first responders were responding to an overdose at the address.

Cause of death

Though an official cause of death has yet to be confirmed, the autopsy has now been completed, according to the Medical Examiner’s Office.

“SMPD detectives are investigating the death as a suspected overdose. At this time, there is no indication of foul play. The investigation remains ongoing,” a Santa Monica Police Department spokesperson confirmed to The Daily Mail.

“Death was pronounced at 09:45 hours on September 20, 2026, by responding paramedics. The Santa Monica Police Department is the investigating law enforcement agency,” the medical examiner’s office also told People.

Last social media post

In one of his last social media posts before his untimely death, Presley confessed to being “terrified” as he faced further treatment for his addictions. 

He had been open about his struggles, and in March he revealed to his social media followers that he was undergoing psychedelic drug treatment.

At the time, the model said that he was “praying it’s the last time I have to come back.”

Last public appearance

Three months before his death, Presley appeared happy and healthy while being supported by his famous parents. 

In June, Cindy and Rande stood proudly alongside their model son at the We Are ENOUGH x Aviator Nation launch in Malibu.

They didn’t know that it would be Presley’s final public appearance before his tragic death at 27 years old. 

In the images, Presley stood between his model mom and businessman dad and was beaming for the cameras. The telling images show the incredibly close bond he had with his parents, who were consistently supportive of him.
