Pete Davidson couldn’t escape questions about his dating life.

While appearing on the March 26 episode of Everybody’s Live with John Mulaney, comedian guest Luenell wanted answers when it comes to the Saturday Night Live alum’s dating history.

“To me, you’re just an average guy,” she told Davidson, 31. “Regular guy, but you continuously pull all these bad bitches, right? … So, since I don’t get it, I want to know the mystique.”

“Now, you’ve had Kim K, several other people, you’ve got this little supermodel right now,” she added, referring to Davidson’s new girlfriend, Elsie Hewitt.

Davidson famously dated Kim Kardashian for nine months from October 2021 to August 2022. He also previously had relationships with Madelyn Cline, Chase Sui Wonders, Kate Beckinsale, and Ariana Grande, among other stars.

Luenell was ready for her own turn with the comedian, saying, “What I think, for the research and for women across America, I think that you should take me out.”

“If that’s what it takes to stop this, yeah,” Davidson responded while blushing and awkwardly laughing.

Host John Mulaney then attempted to change the subject, saying, “We’re going to move off Pete’s personal life,” before joking that he was going to give the pair “a gift card to a Benihana in Tarzana.”

“I just thought I would shoot my shot, you know, because people do want to know what is the mystique,” Luenell explained. “Like, are you super fun? Are you a really good time?”

Davidson played coy, replying, “I don’t know.”

Mulaney, 42, then launched into a story, which proved Davidson’s mystique.

“Pete is like Elvis [Presley],” the host mused. “I remember, early, maybe 2018, we were just riding around in an SUV, and I was like, ‘What is it we’re doing? Like, are we gonna go somewhere?’ And what you said, ‘John, what you have to understand is I’m like a rapper.'”

“He has a real mystique,” he added. “You have a real electricity to you.”

“He’s a wonderful guy, probably, to go to bed with,” Mulaney joked.

Luenell clarified she “wasn’t tearing him down,” adding, “I want to say right now, I do not want to sleep with you, I think. But I do want to go out. … Ask your little model girlfriend if you can take a sister out.”

“OK, that sounds fair,” Davidson replied.

In December, the actor reflected on the lessons he’s learned from his relationships becoming headline news over the years.

“I got hit on the face with the Hollywood shovel,” he told W Magazine. “It was a long time coming, and I needed it. I’m very happy where I am right now, mentally.”

“I just want to be known for doing good work,” he added. “I want to be out there only when it’s [a] movie, stand-up, charity, or business ventures. That’s when I want to be seen. I don’t want to be this f—— loser who just dates people. That’s not who I am.”

Davidson also previously admitted that he’s struggled with the scrutiny over his dating life, telling Page Six last month that attention was “pretty humiliating and upsetting.”

“Everyone is dating everyone and it’s Hollywood,” he said. “But because I’m ugly, they wrote about me. I was harassed for like, five years and it made my life a living hell.”

He continued, “It’s embarrassing because you want people to write about your work. I was one of the youngest-ever cast members on SNL and all that got pushed to the side because of who I was dating.”
