Paulina Porizkova, 60, poses in pink lacy underwear: ‘I have never felt sexier’

Age is nothing but a number, and Paulina Porizkova continues to prove that. The 60-year-old model and author posted an Instagram video on Thursday, March 12, posing in a pair of pink lace underwear that left her celebrity friends thanking her for reminding us all of the power of body confidence.

“You are beauty,” commented Selma Blair, as Michelle Visage added: “You are stunning and real, that’s a power duo.”

In the video, which you can watch above, Paulina rocks the lingerie paired with a silk robe as she posed the hypothetical question, “How do you look so fabulous at 60?” on a voiceover,

“Just good light and posing,” she added as the video saw her take off the robe before she pointed out parts of her body that had changed over the years, including wrinkles on her chest and additional weight.

“The reality is this. I am 60-years-old. This is what it looks like,” Paulina continued. “I’ve gained like 15lbs and this tummy is not going anywhere. Also, it carried two children!”

“Smoke and mirrors, folks. That’s how you make it look good for a moment,” the former model captioned the post. “The truth is, gravity takes its toll. But! Gravity has also built your strength so you can hold your head higher than ever.”

Paulina then bravely admitted that she first purchased the lingerie set “seven years ago for someone who couldn’t have cared less about the lingerie, he just needed me to be twenty years younger”.

Paulina was married to Ric Ocasek, lead singer of the rock band the Cars for almost 30 years, with the pair separating in 2018.

“And now, even though I barely fit into it, it’s entirely worth to put it on just to see the look on my love’s @sjeffgreenstein face. And so with all the obvious so-called-flaws of age, I have never felt sexier and more at home in my skin,” said Paulina.

In 2019, Paulina found Ric dead after an unspecified surgery, and it emerged that he had disinherited her and his two eldest sons, claiming that before his surgery, Paulina had abandoned him. She settled the case with his estate in 2021.

In February 2023, Paulina began a romance with screenwriter Jeff Greenstein, known for working on Friends and Will & Grace, and the pair shared their engagement news in July 2025.

Paulina has become known for posing in her underwear.

In 2025, she posted a different video and captioned the post: “If you’re like me, you will also zero in on the shape of my body- and hopefully- think with relief, ‘ah, she’s not perfect either.’ And then you can give yourself a little break and wrap your arms around your imperfect self and give it some love. Because our imperfections are what make us a perfect original.”

Paulina has proudly been outspoken about the privilege of aging and in 2025, was named as Global Ambassador for Estée Lauder to advocate against ageism.

“Have you noticed that? We’re so terrified of wrinkles because I suppose wrinkles make us no longer relevant, no longer sexy, no longer desirable, and as women, that has been sort of our calling card – it’s tagged with us for such a long time,” she said.
