Mike Shouhed’s ex, Paulina Ben-Cohen, has filed a temporary restraining order against her former costar Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi.

In documents obtained by PEOPLE, Ben-Cohen submitted a request for a temporary restraining order, claiming that Gharachedaghi assaulted her in a Los Angeles mall on Feb. 28.

A rep for Gharachedaghi had no comment when reached by PEOPLE.

The Shahs of Sunset star alleged in the filing that Gharachedaghi approached her from behind while she was shopping at a Bloomingdale’s department store and “forced” her to exit the store for a conversation she wanted to take place out of sight of cameras.

She then claimed that Gharachedaghi began recording her on her phone, hurling “derogatory and offensive remarks,” including, “How does it feel to be a w—?, I’m going to f— you up, you will pay for this.”

As she reached the exit, she alleged that the duo came across a security guard who “saw the way she was threatening me.” Ben-Cohen asked the security guard to escort her to her vehicle, but he “gave me a blank stare and said something on his walkie talkie.”

Per the documents, Gharachedaghi claimed that the guard was a “toy cop” and couldn’t protect her. At this point, Ben-Cohen recalled feeling “scared for my life” and called her fiancĂ©, who heard her screaming over the phone.

“I told her just please walk away. Please leave me alone. She said, ‘No, I have been waiting for this day,'” Ben-Cohen claimed in the filing. “She purposely kept the phone right in my face as she is screaming, “I’m a w—, you f—ing bitch, I’m going to destroy you.'”

After she reportedly asked her to stop “nicely,” she alleged in the filing that Gharachedaghi continued to shove her phone in her face until the security guard finally intervened. Ben-Cohen alleged that Gharachedaghi then “hit me in the face” before she grabbed her phone and threw it.

She alleged that Gharachedaghi’s device wasn’t damaged and continued to beat her after she picked it up off the floor. She also claimed that her former costar “grabbed a chunk of my hair and yanked it, as she grabbed my arm with her other hand.”

“Then [she] tried slapping my face but I moved and it hit my arm,” Ben-Cohen alleged. “The security guard told her she needed to stop before the cops come and she claimed she did nothing wrong.”

Gharachedaghi was then allegedly held by the security guard so Ben-Cohen could safely make her exit. As she watched Gharachedaghi walk to her car, Ben-Cohen claimed in the filing she stared her down and said, “I’m not done with you.”

Ben-Cohen then called 9-1-1 and was instructed to file a police report, after which an officer advised she ask a judge for a temporary restraining order.

The former reality star has requested a judge to order Gharachedaghi to keep 100 yards away from her and her two children.
