Paul Rudd paid a surprise visit to several Pennsylvania polling stations to hand out water and snacks to young voters waiting hours to cast their vote in the 2024 Presidential election.
The âAnt-Manâ star was seen in a video posted to X mingling and taking photos with fans in Villanova, outside of Philadelphia, on Tuesday afternoon.
When asked why he chose to stop by, the actor responded, âBecause it is a lot of people waiting in line for a long time to vote and some of them might be thirsty, so we bought a bunch of water.âÂ
Rudd, 55, later told MSNBC that it was a âwonderful thingâ that âyoung people were out voting,â adding it was âimpressiveâ that some people waited two hours.
The Marvel star also visited a polling station at Temple University and another at Villanova University, according to a snap posted to the schoolâs X account.
At some point in the day, he posed alongside a small poster endorsing Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris, per a photo posted to X.
Several fans gushed over Ruddâs act of kindness on the social media platform with one writing, âHe is such a gem!!â
âHeâs the best guy!â another added.
âI love this!! What a guy!!â a third chimed in.
Rudd joined Taylor Swift, Stevie Nicks, Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez and Cardi B in endorsing Harris.
Swift endorsed the current vice president in September after Trump shared a fake AI-generated photo of the popstar supporting him.
Last week, Lopez and Cardi also showed their support for Harris at her rallies in Las Vegas and Milwaukee, respectively.
Harris is facing Republican candidate Donald Trump in the highly anticipated election.
The 45th president stepped out to vote in Palm Beach, Fla., alongside his wife, Melania Trump, on Tuesday morning.
Heâs garnered a support system of his own including Elon Musk and Brittany Mahomes.
Over the summer, the mom of two called out haters for allegedly âlikingâ a post about the politicianâs campaign.
While her husband, Patrick Mahomes, has refused to endorse a candidate, his mom, Randi Mahomes, proudly wore a âMake America Great Againâ hat to the Kansas City Chiefs vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday night.
âMake America great again. Letâs do it. Woo!â the matriarch said in a video posted to X.
