Fashion-lovers are no doubt eagerly anticipating the arrival of the 2025 Met Gala, but for now, they can enjoy all the fabulous style coming out of the Le Grand Dîner du Louvre in Paris.

On March 5, the Louvre Museum hosted a fashionable affair celebrating its first fashion exhibit, “Louvre Couture: Art and Fashion — Statement Pieces,” which boats over 100 rare pieces by 45 designers, per Marie Claire.

Unofficially dubbed the Met Gala of Paris, the event brought tons of glamour from major gown moments to bold makeup and unexpected hair changes, and we’ve got them all here.

Read ahead to find out which were the most iconic.

Supermodels Shut Down the Carpet

There was no shortage of supermodel power with runway icons shining bright in their looks.

Tyra Banks looked fierce as she struck a posed in front of the Louvre in an embellished Mônot coat by designer Eli Mizrahi. She paired the design with an unexpectedly short “wet sculpted” hairstyle. The former America’s Top Model judge recapped her “spellbinding” night on Instagram, writing: “I was in awe. I was shook. I was like… is this even real?”

Next generation stars Taylor Hill and Barbara Palvin stunned in sheer Iris Van Herpen couture gowns. Hill’s featured a cutout metallic bodice and iridescent cape while Palvin’s had a thigh-high slit and a wide portrait neckline.

Major Hair Moments

Michelle Yeoh and Gigi Hadid debuted major hair transformations.

The Everything Everywhere All at Once star turned heads in a dramatic chin-length bob and equally striking bleached brows made even more edgy with the latex-like one-shoulder dress she had on.

Meanwhile, the supermodel and Guest in Residence founder switched up her signature golden blonde bob for an icy silver side-swept hairdo by celebrity stylist Dimitris Giannetos.

Hot Couture!

Doechii has been on a winning streak since earning her first Grammy back in February and she continued to blow our minds in this couture Valentino ball gown, which was gold, glittery and ultra-glam. The Spring 2025 design was made over 800 hours to perfect the silver embroidered accents showstopping skirt (among the other ornate details).

As reported by Vogue, the rapper changed into a denim-on-denim look for a surprise performance including her songs “Persuasive” and “Denial Is a River.”

Tattoos on Display

Rather than opting for a traditional gown, Paris Jackson wore a gothic 2020 couture Iris Van Herpen design with a bohemian, romantic twist. With its nearly floor-hitting sleeveless, sheer bodice and tattoo-showing halter neckline, the dress one of the best of the night.

Old Hollywood Chic

Naomi Campbell was another attendee who opted for a timeless hairstyle. The supermodel had her hair styled in a sculpted beehive half-up style with curled ends — the look even brought back side-swept bangs!

Her elegant updo was complemented with a floor-sweeping hot pink coat worn with a classic black dress and a sparkly necklace.

Couple’s Fashion

David and Victoria Beckham won the award for most stylish pair of the night dressed in coordinating monochromatic looks.

The fashion designer looked sleek in a black dress with a ruched waistline and mini train, while the former athlete was as sharp as can be in a suit, bow-tie and scarf.
