Pamela Anderson is stepping out in style as she continues to embrace a makeup-free aesthetic.
On Saturday, Nov. 16, the Baywatch alum, 57, was photographed out on the town in Los Angeles after she introduced a special screening of the 1961 classic film The Misfits, starring Clark Gable and Marilyn Monroe,
Continuing her recent streak of simple-yet-chic ensembles, Anderson wore a gray, ankle-length skirt and matching button-down shirt tucked in at the waist. The actress wore no makeup and had her hair styled in a loose ponytail.
The former model first debuted her now-signature makeup-free look more than a year ago at Paris Fashion Week.
âI donât know, something just kind of came over me and I was dressing in these beautiful clothes and I thought, âI donât want to compete with the clothes,â â Anderson said of her choice to forgo makeup in a video for Vogue France. âIâm not trying to be the prettiest girl in the room. I feel like itâs just freedom. Itâs a release.â
Speaking with Elle, Anderson revealed that her decision to embrace a more natural look was also prompted by the death of her longtime makeup artist, Alexis Vogel, who died from breast cancer in 2019.
âShe was the best. And since then, I just felt, without Alexis, itâs just better for me not to wear makeup,â the actress said.
Anderson recently made another makeup-free appearance while attending a screening of her upcoming film The Last Showgirl in L.A. on Nov. 7.

âThereâs these beautiful clothes. Iâm wearing Vivienne Westwood. I have this great hat and beautiful coat. Nobodyâs going to notice if I donât wear any makeup,â she told the outlet.
âI didnât realize it was going to start all of this, all these people really relating to me,â she continued. âItâs a great message â we are good enough just the way we are. I have to remind myself of that every day.â
