Ozzy Osbourne will be performing the final Black Sabbath reunion concert at his own pace.
On the SiriusXM channel Ozzyâs Boneyard, the legendary rocker revealed during his Ozzy Speaks segment that he wonât be performing a full set with Black Sabbath during their final reunion concert in July titled âBack to the Beginning.â
âIâm not planning on doing a set with Black Sabbath but I am doing little bits and pieces with them,â Ozzy, 76, said, via Billboard on Sunday, Feb. 16. âI am doing what I can, where I feel comfortable.â
âI am trying to get back on my feet,â the âCrazy Trainâ singer continued. âWhen you get up in the morning, you just jump out of bed. I have to balance myself, but Iâm not dead. Iâm still actively doing things.â
Despite several health setbacks, Ozzy is still determined to put on a show for fans, even if expectations need to be lowered.
This revelation comes less than two weeks after his wife Sharon told The Sun that he can no longer walk because of Parkinsonâs disease, which he was diagnosed with in 2003. âHeâs very happy to be coming back and very emotional about this,â she told the publication.
âParkinsonâs is a progressive disease. Itâs not something you can stabilize. It affects different parts of the body and itâs affected his legs,â Sharon, 72, continued. âBut his voice is as good as itâs ever been.â
