OnlyFans star Lily Philips is laughing off claims that her pregnancy is fake.
Philips, 23, was spotted out with friends in West Hollywood on Friday, February 21, per a video shared by TMZ, where she was asked about mounting online speculation that she is lying about her pregnancy. When asked by a photographer if the pregnancy was indeed fake, she said, āNo.ā
Philips, who was dressed in a black off-the-shoulder catsuit, and her friends got a good laugh out of the question. One of her companions responded to the photographer by saying, āSheās pregnant, leave her alone,ā adding, āSheās having my baby,ā which was met with giggles from the group.
The British influencer seemingly announced her pregnancy via Instagram on Tuesday, February 18, when she posted two photos, one of which featured Phillips cradling a rather large baby bump, while the second showed two positive pregnancy tests.
āThe secret is outšš,ā Phillips captioned her post. āBaby Phillips 2025.ā
While social media users flocked to Philipsā comment section to speculate on the truth of the announcement, multiple U.K. outlets reported that Phillipsā pregnancy is not real. The Mirror reported on Thursday, February 20, that her pregnancy was part of a ārole playā for āher job.ā This news appeared to come from a source, though a separate outlet shared a similar quote, claiming it was a rep statement.
Philips made headlines last year after she slept with 100 men in one day, an experience she later detailed in a December 2024 YouTube documentary.
āItās not for the weak. If Iām honest, it was hard. I donāt know if Iād recommend it,ā she said at the time. āJust one in and one out, it feels intense.ā Since then, Philips has shared her plans to be the first person to sleep with 1,000 people in 24 hours.
The content creator has been open about the possibility of one day becoming a parent, speaking about the prospect as a guest on āThe Shizzio Showā podcast last month.
āI would want children, but definitely later down the line,ā she said in January. āI know with that comes a lot of backlash. I understand that. ā¦ I think when I started doing [OnlyFans], I didnāt want kids at the time, and so, it wasnāt a problem to me ācause I thought through all this.ā
She added, āI knew if I started this I wouldnāt be able to get a normal job and it would affect my familyās life and my kidsā life and stuff like that. I think over the past year or two, Iāve started to get a little bit more broody and want kids.ā
Philips noted, however, that sheās not worried about her future children learning about her OnlyFans career. āThe thing is you canāt live for a future that hasnāt even happened yet,ā she said, adding that she wasnāt āgoing to put my unborn child before my own needs.ā
āI do get that my own kids will be scrutinized so much and ā¦ Iād like to think Iād do as much to protect my kids as possible,ā she concluded.
