David Schwimmer was filming the young adult series Goosebumps: The Vanishing when he was reminded that he’s not a young adult himself.

Chatting with PEOPLE for One Last Thing, the former Friends star shares the last time he got injured: he inadvertently tweaked his back while filming a scene in the series based on the fan-favorite R. L. Stine books.

“There was a day filming Goosebumps that required doing a stunt over and over,” says Schwimmer.

“I get spun on the stool sitting at my desk and yanked forward. I didn’t really hurt myself, but the next day I was like, ‘Oh, I’m not longer 22.” For the record, Schwimmer is 58.

The Emmy nominee adds that “everything” on his body felt a bit uncomfortable afterwards, but in particular his back.

“We rehearsed it and practiced, and I did it a bunch of times and [I felt] fine,” he says. “And then the next day I was like, okay, that’s why [my body] hurts.”

He shared a few more “lasts” as well:

Last moment of gratitude
Earlier today when someone was asking about the 30th anniversary of Friends. It just brings up a lot of gratitude for me that people are still discovering the show and still finding it funny and comforting after so many years.

Last moment of self-care
I rarely do this, but I treated myself to get a deep tissue massage. Life, stress, travel — sometimes your body needs a massage every now and then. I should do that more often. I don’t know why I don’t.

Last moment of pride
That happens almost every day with my kid [Cleo, 13], who this past week finished an incredible piece of art — it was a painting of Alan Turing. And I was like, “Damn, that’s objectively pretty great.”

Last guilty pleasure
This company Whitley’s Peanut Factory makes milk chocolate peanut clusters in these huge tins. I ate about a half a tin while I was home alone watching some television. I just ordered 10 more.

Goosebumps: The Vanishing is now streaming on Disney + and Hulu.
