German bobsledder Lisa Buckwitz is headed to the 2026 Olympics with help from OnlyFans.
“It’s also a stroke of luck for me, as it allows me to finance my team,” Buckwitz, 31, shared in an interview with German outlet Bild published on Monday, January 26. “It’s the best thing that could have happened to me.”
The Olympian — who won gold at the 2018 Olympics but placed fourth in the 2022 Olympics — announced in November 2024 that she was becoming an OnlyFans athlete.
At the time, Buckwitz said the partnership was “all about sharing the heart and hustle behind my bobsleigh journey — showing you the grit, the goals and everything in between.”
“From intense training days to the exhilaration on race day, I’m inviting you behind the scenes to experience what it truly takes to push limits at the highest level,” she wrote via Instagram at the time. “Join me on this wild ride, connect with my world and get a closer look at life on and off the ice.”
In her latest interview with Bild, Buckwitz estimated that a bobsled season could cost more than $69,000, which includes the cost of plane tickets, equipment, training camp and bonuses for her sled pushers.
“It’s a bit sad that I can’t just focus on my competitive sport,” she shared via translation. “Sure, I’m an Olympic champion. But nobody’s interested in Lisa Buckwitz just because of the gold medal. That’s unfortunately the downside.”
Currently, Buckwitz’s OnlyFans page invites users to “join me before I head to Italy.”
She currently offers a variety of subscription bundles on her page, ranging in price from $59.98 for three months, $97.46 for six months and $194.92 for 12 months.
Buckwitz’s OnlyFans profile states she is a “power woman,” Olympian and world champion. The profile also promises, “Insights and all the things I won’t share anywhere else. High-performance training, behind-the-scenes, photoshoots and custom content. Finally a place where I can answer my DMs. Follow me if you’re ready for more.”
After announcing her partnership with OnlyFans, Buckwitz thanked her online community for being supportive.

In the weeks to come, Buckwitz’s main focus will likely be the 2026 Olympics in Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo, Italy.
The 2026 Winter Olympics Opening Ceremony will take place on Friday, February 6, primarily at Milan’s historic San Siro Stadium. Mariah Carey, Andrea Bocelli and The Paper star Sabrina Impacciatore are all expected to take the stage during the unifying event.
Recently, Buckwitz — who is a former Playboy Germany cover model — shared a glimpse into what she will be wearing when it’s time to race and go for gold.
