Offset kept things lowkey while attending a glamorous yacht party in Miami just hours before he was shot.

CC Waknine, the owner of CC Rooftop Social Club, exclusively told Page Six that the Migos rapper was partying on her and her husband Hai Waknine’s boat well past 3 a.m. on Monday.

When asked if Offset was acting out of the ordinary, CC told us, “He was quiet, but no, he seemed totally fine.”

The Miami mogul recalled the “Walk It Talk It” artist snapping pictures with her and their friends.

“[He was] taking videos and everything seemed normal,” CC shared.

As for whether or not Offset had a lot of security around him, CC said she didn’t think it was “anything abnormal.”

“He had a lot of people with him,” she added, noting that Rich The Kid was also in attendance.

CC shared that Offset was set to perform at her nightclub, Bacara Miami, this coming Wednesday. But due to his gunshot wound, CC said he is “definitely not” going to be able to take the stage so soon.

“But he’ll be okay,” she assured us, adding that her husband has been in touch with Offset since the incident.

However, CC believes Offset could experience some trauma after late Migos member Takeoff was tragically shot dead in 2022.

“He’s just really lucky that the guy missed,” CC said of the person who shot Offfset.

CC and her husband know Offset quite well — as he has performed at her venues on several occasions. Just last week, he did a set at her daughter’s Bat Mitzvah party.

Offset, 34, was shot near the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida Monday night.

“We can confirm Offset was shot and is currently at the hospital receiving medical care. He is stable and being closely monitored,” a rep for the rapper said at the time.

Local authorities told us that the incident occurred at a valet area after 7 p.m. that “resulted in non-life-threatening injuries to an individual who was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood.”

Offset — whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus — was reportedly seen taking photos with fans near the Hard Rock’s valet area just moments before the shooting.

Rapper Lil Tjay was arrested in connection to the incident, according to arrest records obtained by Page Six. He was booked into the Broward County Jail and charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct-affray.

Cops said that the “incident began with an affray, or fight,” and a second person involved was “detained” but not charged. Tjay’s attorney, Dawn Florio, denied that her client had anything to do with the shooting.

“Lil Tjay has not been shot, nor has Lil Tjay been charged with any shooting. Any reporting to the contrary is false,” the lawyer said in a statement, adding, “We encourage people to consult trusted news sources and to verify the accuracy of any reporting before reflexively sharing or repeating baseless rumors.”

Offset, who was shot in the leg, was taken to a nearby hospital. The next day, he was photographed smoking a cigarette outside the healthcare facility while seated in a wheelchair.
